I think the reason Kakul let Vanshika meet Samman is that when they were having the confrontation in temple about what love is ????? At one point Kakul says that Samman will not be able to be away from his family too long ......... So I think Vanshika and Kakul might have made a deal that after Samman gets better he will go live with his family . Vanshika must have agreed to be able to see Samman.
This scene they might show afterwards to explain why kakul did so............
