Geet got the notion that he wants some distance between them and stopped sending the usual gifts. She thought they had crossed that bridge of formality. But Maan is missing those tokens from her. It means someone cares.

He is like a little kid opening his present. Shaking it and anticipating it. If only she could see this first hand.

He is very suspicious isn't he? Can't blame him for being this way. He can't even enjoy a meal at his home without worrying about tampering. Everyone's motives are under question.
