at least Rano spoke up for Geet

my heart goes out to Geet

angry that she was punished

of cos she cries to Maan's pic

so Geet was brought up knowing that she will marry Maan

well her family instilled in her that she belonged to Maan

she then started believing in this

as expected she talked to Maan's pics

hmm she even built a perfect image of Maan and fell in love with him

unaware of what was in store for her

upset that Geet had a tough childhood

she fell irrevocably in love with Maan

the rules clearly were stricter for Geet as her roka was done with Maan

ahh Geet did everything without complaining

she wanted to be worthy of Maan

she had dreams that Maan would save her from the tyrant men in her family

upset that her dad did not have courage to speak up for Geet

Gosh just for celebrating her results, Geet was made to eat an entire plate of chillies

these people are horrid

finally Mohinder spoke up

dismayed that Geet assumed that she was rightly punished

great that dadima arranged a party for Maan

however Dev was skeptical

dadima's reasons for arranging the party was justified

while I understand why Dev and Annie hate Maan

The men in this family are the pits. They are not even fit to be called human. Punishing a little girl like that. This is nothing short of child abuse.

The only good thing her family did was get her educated. It was not done for her, but at least it was done. That is what helped her later to build her life.

Looks like Meera and Geet will be meeting. Meera has seen the picture so she might recognize Geet. Does she know the whole story? She has been trying to get him to move on?

Wow, how heartless are geet's Daarji and Brij. Maan is so rude and arrogant. Wonder how he is going to agree to marry Geet in past. How he is going to meet Misty in present

Geet’s family is so male dominated. Daarji & Brij r ruthless punishing the little girl Her parents r not able to raise their voice’s against daarji. The only good thing they did was educate her

Maan on the other had become so sour just because of 2 women. But he dint trust any

Meera is the saving grace. Hope she reunite maan & Geet

I totally get why dev and annie are so rude to maan,

But meera has seen how much he has been repenting his deeds or rather sins....all he does not is work, even earlier that is what he used to do...he has shifted to london to stay away from his siblings' lives....

arjun and meera see another side of maan and realise his present condition ...but the siblings loved geet and probably could not stand maan for abusing her in whatever way he did...

dadi too was like that i guess, but seeing his change in behaviour has decided to be with her grandson....and is praying for a better life for him

thanks for giving some background info on why maan hates women....his mom and other vicious person spoilt his dad's life and thus theirs....very unfair ....so he is like i dont need women...

but now he realises he was way too bad to geet and is a sinner...he spoilt her life completely...

now that meera is here, she probably will meet geet and be shocked....hmm wonder if she will tell maan or dadi...

Maan and Geet had entirely different childhood experiences and both have impacted on their character. In present, Maan is alone in family except for his Meera and Arjun. Looks like Meera might meet Geet in the meeting
