Karan read the text he received and smiled inwardly, though didn't type a response back. He knew she'd get annoyed.
Amelia frowned seeing that he'd read it but hadn't typed back. She wondered whether he was busy but still he should've typed something, even a bloody emoticon would've sufficed. She cursed chucking her phone into her bag. Just wait till I finish work she thought to herself. She was surely going to give him a lecture he wouldn't ever forget.
