i have had such an experience before ...my best friend is known to be a person who is curt and often surrounded by loads of rumors . So when we became friends in the beginning i went ahead with my perception of him and not what people say about him. Even to date ie about 18 years of knowing each other(we met when we were 18) we still share a bond with is strong.

As Geet was thinking... Friend can have multiple definitions... what will be their equation like? Curious!!
