Geet was in thoughts and was living a fairy dream with her prince charming Maan. Inspite of him rejecting her Geet loves and admires him. So, her life was comparatively similar to that of Cinderella but happy to be surrounded with Maan's thoughts and fantasy. Her desire was short lived when she was accused for stealing Maan's wrist watch. She had hope that Maan will stand for her alas his silence and his friends words broke her dreams and shattered her heart. She repudiated to forgive Maan. After years Geet was baffled when Maan gave his concern for their alliance but she was in quandary owing to Maan's demeanor. Finally all her thoughts were answered when he confessed his love for her and the moment he realised depth of his feelings for her.

But after the leap of 6 years maan came with proposal & she said yes just like that.. I being a feminist did not like this a bit..
Plus I think you should have shown about liza & rohan.. did the regret their mistake.. did maan say anything to them for their deeds or simply let it go..
Even after the leap when maaneet married, you did not show them anywhere.. they being his bestfriends should have been there right??
If not, the reason of their absence should have been shown..
& I think it would have been fair if geet had a confrontation with his friends as well after the proposal..</font></font>
