Ooh came across this and it's a great idea.
I can't find good books to read these days with many authors following same pattern of a playboy falling for an damsel... 😆
And because of this crisis, I've taken up baking 😆 it's been my current obsession.
I think it's really just mid-life crisis that I'm going through. These novels have messed with my head and made me want a hopeless romantic adventure. These FFs are just as captivating and romantic that makes us want a fairytale adventure.
Anyway, my couple of favourite reads are anything by Jaz, her stories and one shots are absolutely wonderful.
I love Destiny's Play by Opti, I'd read a couple of one shots which were good also. The way Opti narrates a story is amazing, the story draws you in and you wish to keep reading and reading until the end. It's a shame that she no longer writes on GF. I really wish I'd known about GF and FFs when there were great writers here. I'd come when the damn show neared it's end.
Soumya's love makes life beautiful, you complete me. I miss her story writing. She was another great writer whom I absolutely adored and came to know about much much later (sadly).
Opposite Attract from Sanjeevani09 was the first and only arranged marriage story I had read and absolutely loved.
Reel was another story I'd loved, it was definitely different from the common stories at the time. I'd only read it about two years ago having been bugged by a friend to constantly read 😆 and I'm so glad I did read.
Luvabbybaby and Marvee's stories were also great reads which I had adored at the time. I've not read them for a very long time so not sure whether I'd love them as much if I were to go back and read 😆
It's a shame most of these stories aren't still here for new readers.
I think the list above is the stories I've read 😆 my reading list of MG ff is quite short so cannot think of more that I'd loved and read.
I started one of your stories if I recall, got to chapter 7 or something and unable to finish to the hectic schedules.
Wish I could rewind back to the times when life was simple and filled with endless time where we could all just sit and read without a care in the world. (Without feeling like I'm becoming a hopeless mushy romantic mess) 😆
Baking?
It was one of my passions growing up.
Mom and Dad were such great cooks that cooking was not something I liked until later.
The precision of baking along with the whimsy you can add to make it your own, suited me better 😆 not to mention the praise that went straight to the head 😆
I do understand your feelings about writers when the forum was going great.
To be honest even I don't go back to re-read, even if it is my own work 😆
Thanks for the suggestions.
I have read most of them but Opti so will catch up with that.
