Both Maan and Geet have been in pain

so he did remember his confession in drunken state while Geet took his confession as his lust

he was actually trying to tell her she is different from other girls he has but yes he also wants to do the with her what he does what other women and this fact has made Geet realize that Maan's care his touch is only there because he lust her

actually Geet realizing and becoming matured in this regard is very good

Maan on the other hand was in deep pain as he understood that Geet has been in pain since his confession and when he saw her body with bruises and lips almost with blood marks he drags her into his room to find out why has she hurt herself and this is the first time that she speaks and tells Maan about his lust and the other women making him realize his confession was taken wrongly and has hurt Geet deeply he knows he cares about her but he feels love he does not have for her well according to him he believes that love does not exist

Geet finally confess her love to Maan and now I think he will be determined to distance himself from her because he knows that she is very pure and innocent and he is tainted with lots of woman though Maan too has changed a lot since Geet he stayed away from other women and that is really admiral especially for Maan
