Chapter 63: I love it how she finds interest in Maan's things and tries to identify with them. Shows that she is still interested in him and maybe fond of him. Her spontaneous siding of him whenever anyone tries to question if he did something wrong says that she acknowledges his nature and his help. That she still identifies herself as his wife seems nice too, specially as it seems thats the only identity thats left with her - no more student, writing medical exams, daughter of her parents, friend of Ayush - but more the wife of Maan. She identifies with him in her loneliness too, that he is as lonely as her irrespective of family and all must give her a sense of familiarity. It must give her a sense of belonging when everyone else has deserted her. Maybe thats why Dadima's love and his stories make her feel at home here.

Part 62:

Geet's family is conservative one residing in a village..
so it is obvious they won't understand her pov..
she is also not ready to put any blame on maan..
so why would they want to destroy her marital life when the guy is such a nice person..
even geet is not ready to contradict their belief.. she is herself praising him..
she will lie about every other thing but not about maan's behaviour..
somehow I feel even she is not ready to let him go.. that is the reason she is not putting her 100 percent in convincing her family..
Rajji was too insensitive.. according to her getting married to a nice city is enough??
does she also dream of such future.. does she not have any aim in life, does she not want to be an independent & free willed woman..
Geet can only answer maan.. in front of others, it's as if she does not have a voice..
there were so many instances in the story where I felt she should have answered rajji or should have made her understand that getting married is not everything..
