Beautiful emotional update. Karan is feeling emotional as well as pain leaving his sister behind so he tries to distance himself from his sister but maan makes him realize that his behavior is hurting geet and she is getting very scared. Geet is so innocent and naive. Hope maan will handle her with patience and care without scaring her with his anger and karan also comes back soon fit and fine after his treatment.
