Aishu- as a writer... how do you maintain the characterstics of each actor? Like how aani will behave, the kind of language she will use, etc etc. its amazing how you get into the skin of each character with minute details. How do you do that?

Where do you get these ideas? Books, tv, other serials, real life people you know? How ..kaise?
