I'm angry at both Annie and Pinky yes they justified to hate Maan but they are actually stopping him from been with his daughter which is wrong they have not realized Geet though she was away from the Khurana family she was in a shell its only when she heard that Maan is in a coma she reacted to the conversation , they have not even realized in their anger and hatred that Maan stopped using he no longer take drugs and thats because Geet told him so he cleaned up for Geet and his daughter so he could live with both of them but Annie and Pinky have made it difficult for him
Geet reactions to Maan's closeness is natural because she is the one that went through the tortures so she been cold emotionless there is no fault of hers but yes her reactions now will hurt Maan because now he realizes what he has done to an innocent girl , Maan never bothered in past whether he gave pain to Geet because he was always high in his drugs but now its completely different her cold reactions effect him he may not say anything but he too realizes he has lost his wife because of his brutality yet she never stops him from his daughter
Maan saying goodbye to Mannat as he knew in Geet's house he is not welcomed he knew that even though Geet has forgiven him she cannot forget the scars of the past its too deep so he no longer wants to hurt Geet and finds its best to stay away
but Mannat not seeing her father around became restless and her fever rised too until the need was that Maan was called
now when Geet thanks him he knows though Geet is his wife he cannot put her through pain he may feel attracted towards her but she has no emotions for him so he tells Geet that Mannat is his she is his own she is the only one he has he can claim Mannat he knows this but he is also aware he cannot claim Geet it was always force .
Annie telling Pinky and Geet that Maan and his friends are MBA guys they well educated but I do think for Maan its because he lost his love and that's the reason he took to drugs and crime
