So here I am finally. Been so busy that I barely had time to read the chapter in spurts.

Coming to the chapter, this one was something I had so many things running in my mind for. Beginning with the way Maan gathered the guts to face Darji, the way Geet was teased by her family, Maan and Adi's part and Sasha's part, Yash's entry and him bringing an elderly woman, the engagement and their dance. There were so many things I wanted to say when I first read it...

I had almost slapped my forehead with the way Maan began to show his assets to Darji. It could definitely have been taken as pride or something. But in a way, it was so cute of him to do this research from the internet and take everything so literally. I loved how he let his nervousness go and talked with him after the initial minutes. Especially what he said about her being the only person who loved Maan and not Maan Singh Khurana.

Coming to the way Geet was teased by her family. This part was so much fun to read. It felt like I was sitting with them in that room and enjoying the whole scene. Darji, Tara and Dev, none have a blood relation with Geet but I love the way they're bonded so strongly and live like a true family!

Enter Sasha and I got a little reserved. I wasn't sure if she was a nice character or not, and on top of that, Pammi contacted her. Is she the weaker link that Pammi tried to pull her? Waiting to read more about her father's side.

Okay, so when the name Hoshiarpur came in, it rang a bell. I instantly knew the old woman was important. And it turns out to be true. Can't really recall knowing Rano's story. It surely is something I'm looking forward to.

The engagement, the dance, Geet's friends teasing her, everything was so dreamy. Yes, dreams do come true! It was definitely one of the best scenes of this story.

Thanks so much for this chapter. Loved it through and through. Off to read the next one now.

seriously he brought property papers with him to ask geet hand glad that darji didn't mistook him or his intension
loved the way he described their relation from beginning
finally they are engaged
