Geet did so much for him but he never gave her any importance in his life & now he's suffering for his deeds.

The worst feeling in life is the person you hate so much is also the person whom you love so much, geet is going through this. She loves him so much that even after all that happen she still can't stop herself loving him more.

Its true Maan cannot undo the past but he can respect Geet and start doing right by her I think Geet just wants him to feel every pain she went through so that he never takes her for granted in future
