I think Jotterpad se you cannot update the IF post directly..
You can write it using Jotterpad, save it in mobile or dropbox store and then copy-paste the written content in the IF Post

Title -- as you feel appropriate to the story concept...if you want to check if it is already used or not you can search for that name in Geet Forum...if you do not find any FF with that name, you can use it..

Above IF thread link will further give the link to the actual thread, where you can place your requirement for the banner...

You can give them the pictures/link to the pictures you want from internet, IF or photobucket like site..and specify your requirement and the Graphicer team will give you the banner made from the these pics..
