Part 15...

Such a care filled lovely update...

Shamila Bhabhi teasing them and Maan getting close to Geet..

Its a start to their new love life...

Ofcourse we can see Geet has hidden her grief deep in her heart.. Which Maan exactly wanted her to vent out..

And he was successful in doing that... His feelings for Geet will surely help her to become a happy Geet again who'll leave no stone unturned to find the criminals who killed her parents...

Part 16

Maan and Geet reached home by evening .

Shamila Bhabhi was busy with Megha but as soon as the little one seen Geet she wanted to play with Geet .

Maan knowing that Geet needed a little rest took Megha so that he could play with her . Shamila also noticed that Geet did not look very well as her eyes were red and puffy ,

she got a little tensed too and asked Geet to go and rest and she would bring her some juice .

When Shamila Bhabhi entered Geet's room she asked her if everything is alright and Geet again started crying worrying her Bhabhi but Geet told her that she was talking to Maan about her family and that is the reason she is in this state .

Shamila Bhabhi hugged Geet kissed her and said yes we lost our family but we still have each other and now Maan is also part of out little family so which Geet nodded .

Shamila Bhabhi would have continued talking but a knock on the door disturbed them ,

when she opened the door Maan and Megha was standing at the door before Maan could say anything Shamila Bhabhi took Megha and told Maan to stay with Geet while she prepares dinner .

Geet seemed distant and Maan was determined to make her work through her grief and communicate with him all the time he also felt that she had cried enough for the day so it was time to cheer her up .

Maan came close to Geet's bed watch her for a while than sat down on the bed .

Maan touched her hand trying to bring her out of her trance like state but now it seems she was in deep thought

So Maan moved on the other side of the bed sat himself fully and slowly laid his head on Geet's lap taking hand and placing it on his head so that her fingers can mingle in his hair and that instantly brought Geet back she was so stunned seeing Maan laying on her lap but she did not push him instead she too slowly waved her fingers through his hair

Maan closed his eyes it was a peaceful moment ,

It was a moment filled with serenity and pureness .

"Geet do you know I cannot ever remember my mom

threading her fingers in my hair ,

will you always do this for me please "

and Geet nodded her head with a cute smile Maan than seeing her smile said

" thank you my Jaan "

Geet cheeks flared with reddness and she realized that Maan has been calling her Jaan earlier too but she hasn't really paid attention , she liked that he called her Jaan it felt heavenly .

It gave her a sense of belonging and she was filled with happiness .

Geet than asked "Maan could I ask you something"

he nodded and she continued ,

tell me how would you know when you are in love "

Maan smiled but said

"I was never in love so this would be the first time ,

however I know that I would do anything and everything for you ."

Maan too took the opportunity and asked

"Jaan how would you know that you are in love with me "

Geet said likewise its my first time and everything

I do with you would be my first experience

even just talking its my first experience but

I do know that I can only love you I know that I will only love you ,

I know that you will be my Iman My Jannat

Geet's words touched Maan so deeply that he brought his head up kissed her both cheeks and hugged her than he kissed her forehead and said

"Jaan I promise to only love you

and to fall in love with you as many times as I can

but from now this very minute

I do think I'm already falling in love with you ,

you are and will be my heartbeat , my soul

I'm going to enjoy falling in love with you Mrs Khurana . "

Geet felt so overwhelmed with emotions she knew Maan's words were his truth .

Dinner was a pleasant affair

Shamila Bhabhi asked when Geet was joining college and she informed them that the day after .

Maan than suggested that all of them go on a picnic the very next day before Geet joins again college .

Shamila Bhabhi also wanted to do a job and get Megha enrolled in a day care where she can converse and be with other kids .

Maan suggested that he was opening an office in few months in USA and Shamila Bhabhi could manage that office as he needs trusted people .

After dinner Maan and Geet sat in the garden looking at the stars .

Maan than took his iPhone out played soft music , Geet looked at Maan wondering now what has he in mind when he wore a broad smile giving her his hand she looked confused and he whispered

"Dance with me Jaan"

Geet forwarded her hand into Maan's and stood up shyly

Maan took her hands slowly and placed them around his neck

while he curled his hands around her tiny waist bringing her in slowly and started dancing to the soft romantic music

Both hearts were beating Geet realized she had warmed up to Maan without any difficulty and she trusts him .

Geet slowly laid her head on Maan's chest

while he brought his one hand to her upper back giving her all his comfort and warmth

they swayed softly and gently gracefully while their hearts connected with each other .

When the song finished Maan kissed Geet's head and both parted slowly

Geet than looked up to Maan and asked

"Maan do you think about your parents"

Maan looked at Geet nodded and than said ,

Yes Jaan ,all the time do you know the pain never truly goes away

but it gets better in way that you accept

they no longer around and you manage to cope with your life

making sure to always carry their name with pride and dignity .

Geet nodded but she than said

Maan why does it feel like I have this void , this emptiness ,

this huge hole within me ,

why does it feel wrong that I'm going forward and starting my life

Geet could not complete her sentence as

Maan crabbed her and hugged her tight telling her that it will get better

and that her parents have hand picked him for her

so they will be happy that he is there standing by her side , supporting her and they would want her to move forward in life

to embrace every phase that life offers

.And the fact that she is his wife Mrs Geet Maan Singh Khurana

and she smiled shyly at the way he addressed her .

Both Maan and Geet were quite comfortable with each other .

Maan was falling in love while Geet had to still realize her feelings for Maan but they were not rushing both were taking slow steps as they wanted to know each other well even though Maan was tempted to kiss Geet on her lips the whole day he refrain himself and scolded himself that slow steps is needed for both .

Maan was worried and concerned about Geet's grief as her pain also took on the guilt feeling he knew it would be much difficult for her , he remembered Geet saying she loses concentration and he was very concerned about her studies but she also mentioned that she wanted to become a jewel designer .

Geet studying Law was her fathers choice but now that her father have passed away she would want to complete studying Law but he wondered if she would be happy with that career , Maan decided he will speak to her after a few days as the day after Geet would be back at college and he did not want to stress her out .
