Geet immediately bowed her eyes down..

Maan(in stern voice)- you made it?

surprised by his sudden question she looked up

Geet(st)- did he guessed it?

Not getting any reply he asked again

Maan- I asked you something??

Geet- a..y..yes...how is it?, scared by his stern voice still she dared to ask him but instead of answering her Maan shouted for Nakul, confusing Geet

Maan- Nakul!

Confused Geet looked at him, while he directly stared her as if accussing her something, he again called Nakul, poor Nakul who was damn scared literally came running there..

Nakul- ye..yes sir..

Maan- bring that dustbin here!

Following his master's order he went and brought the dustbin which was kept at one corner of the room, Geet eyes followed Nakul, while Maan kept looking at her as Nakul came to them with dustbin, Maan emptied the whole mug of coffee in it shocking both Geet and Nakul!

While emptying the mug in dustbin too he stared at her as if warning her for something

Maan(looking at Geet)- bring me my coffee , Nakul!, he ordered him

Nakul immediatedly left from there knowing his master's temper while shocked Geet kept looking at him, her eyes questioned him for his action.., as Nakul left

Maan- you are neither my servant nor my caretaker...so mind your own business!

saying this or rather say warning her, he left to sit at his usual place with a file in hand leaving a shocked Geet behind..

Geet expected bad remarks and even thought he will scold her for adding extra sugar in his coffee but not even in her wild dreams she ever thought that he will throw her hand made coffee in dustbin!

Angrily she looked at Maan who was sitting at his usual place busy in his work ,looking as cool as cucumber, his mere presence was increasing her anger at that moment, her blood pressure seemed to get higher and higher, so instead of wasting her more time there she decided to leave that place, stomping her feet she left, Maan saw her leaving but ignored her!

Whole night she cribbed about Maan to Reet while talking to her through her photo..., when she was done with pouring out her anger on Maan , she felt nice...

Geet(st)- Geet you are mad..you are expecting too much from him..he is not the same Maan like before..he has transformed into something devil ..he don't care about you like before, it doesn't matter to him whether i'm happy or i'm crying , he is always rude with me...he didn't even ask how i have been when i came here...why he have became like this babaji, why???, i think the only thing that matters to him is his work.., that's why nobody in this house talks to him because he don't talk to them..., but babaji it's wrong na.., he should understand this.., give him some sense babaji..., but now enough he think himself as someone great na and don't like when i talk to him then its okay...if he wants it and then let it be..i'm not dying to talk to him either, here i was trying to be nie with him but the fact is he don't deserve! her whole night went in like this only...

Next Day in CollegeCollege

Walking to and fro in the corridor Geet was waiting for Pari so that both could leave for the class together, while walking Geet eyes got the attention of notice board..She went there and started looking at the contents of it...suddenly her eyes landed on the notice which was of some debate competition which was going to be held in college , the winner will further represent her college on next level...,this interested Geet, in school days Geet was best in these kinds of competitions, she always loved to participate in these kinds of stuffs rather than singing or dancing...in addition to that if she wins , she will get popular among her college students and maybe Dev too will get impressed by her...

She was thinking all this when Pari came there and looked at her friend.., who was lost in deep thoughts that she didn't even notice her presence , to get her attention Pari patted her shoulder..which worked and Geet looked at Pari..

Pari- where are lost??

Geet- i..bas aise hi...a..i was thinking to participate in this debate competition(she pointed towards the notice),.what do you think about it? not sure of her decision she asked Pari..

Pari first read the notice regarding the competition then looked at Geet...

Pari- are you sure?..i mean..our internals too are nearing and in additon to that if you will particiapte then you have to prepare for it too along with our internals, your pressure will increase!

Geet knew this but she wants to impress Dev too, yeah the pressure will be more but she is cofident to handle the pressure she will study for extra hours to do well in both the fields..from childhood she have learnt that god help those who help themselves , she just can't sit and wait for Dev , she have to put in efforts from her side too and if she is willing to give her 100% than she is sure god too will be on her side..., with these thoughts in mind she registered her name for debate competition...

Night

It was same usual night after dinner Geet was helping Nakul with the cleaning and all...soon they heard Maan shouting for coffee.., the memories of last night came back to Geet but then she shrugged it off as she was already over it

Nakul moved to prepare the coffee ,Geet thought something and stopped him..

Geet- i will prepare it !

Nakul- but last night..

Geet- yesterday i added an extra spoon of full sugar in it , that's why..

Nakul- what... but i told..

Geet- pata hai kaka...me hi pagal thi..but i will prepare it again..you just look ,if i do some mistake while preparing it , pinpoint it , if you get statisfied then take it to him, okay!

Nakul- me..but..

Geet- me hi jaati but i doubt if he sees coffee mug in my hand then he will definetly throw it in dustbin before even tasting it!

Nakul- are u sure...i mean what if he recognises that it's not me who prepared it then ...kahi phirse..

Geet- what will he do, throw the coffee in dustbin again, then let him do it, either its him how will get tired of throwing this coffee in dustbin or its me how will get tired of making this coffee!

Nakul- hmm..., he didn't know what more can he say in this matter, he just hopped that Maan sir just don't fire him from his job..

Geet prepared the coffee with extra attention while Nakul looked at her, she did it in same way like he does..the amount of everything was exactly same ,so from his side there was no mistake ,seeing him statisfied Geet passed the mug to Nakul so that he can take it to Maan...

With scared steps Nakul went inside the study room , Maan was busy in his work..

Nakul- s..sir..coffee..

Maan- hmm place it on table..., obeying his order he placed it and was going to leave when Geet entered inside..

Geet- good night kaka...

Nakul- good night beta...

As Maan heard Geet for a second his attention got diverted but then it was usual thing of her wishing Nakul good night and then saying hi to him , he expected to hear her hi but she didn't rather she just came , sat opposite to him, opened her book and notebook and started to scribble something in it..., compeletly ingoring him...

Maan(st)- maybe she is upset about yesterday...but it is good..she will soon understand the reality that i'm not the old Maan...i just hope she don't forget it soon and again start behaving like before!

thinking this he grabbed his coffee mug and took a sip..., he felt something different.., the bitterness is same, the sugar level is exactly what he prefer but still something is different..., he looked at Geet but she was totally engrossed in her book...

Maan(st)- she haven't prepared it..then???

For him everything was perfect but still something was unusual in it...it tasted more good today..., not able to pinpoint the exact reason he shrugged the thought and again got engrossed in his work while enjoying his coffee...

While on opposite side, Geet didn't dared to look up at his expression knowing if he will see her looking at him then he will surely guess it that something is wrong in his coffee and she don't want that, so when she felt that he is drinking it silently she thanked her babaji that he didn't throw it in dustbin again ...

Geet(st)- that means i have done a good ..well done Geet well done, she patted her back on her achievement!
