6 years later,

We can see a woman near the dining table making a girl to drink her milk and keeping lunch boxes ready simultaneously.

Geet:"Myra no making faces your brother is not coming to save you finish your milk fast you have to go to school".Yes she is Maaneet's 4 year old daughter Myra.

A 10 year old boy comes to the table and starts stuffing lunch boxes in both the bags his and Myra's.Geet asusual starts feeding him breakfast.

Geet:"Avi first you eat neatly see everything is falling down sit properly".Avi is 10 year old responsible son now taking care of Myra at school.

Geet was trying to convince annie to say yes to Rohan before maaneet marriage but she was hesitating. A week after Maaneet's marriage rohan's parents came to ask annie's hands for marriage with lot of manaoing annie finally agreed they were ready to accept Avi as well, but family said they want to keep Avi with themselves as a Khurana.Rohan's family too wanted to have Avi for themselves as he got gelled easily with them.Annie finally made a decision to let Avi stay with Maaneet as a Khurana, she agreed to this heavy heartedly as she know Avi can stay without her but not without his mamu and mami.

Avi later on started addressing geet as mummy.Myra following his steps calls geet as mummy.Maan later on made Avi to call him papa, he calls Rohan as dad(annie is mom for him).Avi is happy to stay with Khuranas with Maaneet as his parents.He meets and stays with Singhania family whenever they come to Delhi.But can't live without speaking to geet.

Vicky entered dining hall holding briefcase in his hand sat on the table to have breakfast(now how can he miss it😉).Even though with regular exercise he is handsome like his bro but he exercises as much as he eats, he is foodie.

Vicky:"Bhabhi breakfast bhook lagi hai"Shouts to call geet who was in kitchen now.She comes out and serves him.

Geet:"Vicky aaj dono ko school drop kardo"She ordered Vicky grinned as from 4 days she strictly banned him from going to their school.Vicky's happiness was doubled now.

Avi:"Haan mamu Pari mam was asking about you yesterday"

Vicky:"And you are saying this to me now, pehle pata hota toh I wouldn't have been sitting here at home".

Geet:"toh kya hua today you ask her out"

Vicky:"Bhabhi you are great pls handle bhai here too na I need to make every thing good for her".

"for whom?"asked Ram coming to the table with Priya and sat at the head of the table,Priya joined beside him."but jo bhi ho maa ko mat batana or she'll marry you tomorrow only"He warned.

Dadima:"Humne sun liya.What do you think I don't know about it I knew it from the day he first saw her in Avi's school when he went with us for annual function.And I'm still waiting for the day he'll propose her.Atleast he is not like maan or arjun, I know for sure, taking years to propose their lady love"She taunted maan again sitting at the dining and indirectly presurised him to do it quickly before she take some action all giggled at this.

Maan who was coming down heard it and was pouting this was their daily routine dadima taunts maan and arjun whenever they come with their 3 year old son about their delayed proposal.

Maan:"Geet" he got up" take him I have to leave I'm busy"He handed over to her their 8 months old son Ansh and went to office without having any thing.

Geet:"Are breakfast toh kar ke jaaiye"She ran behind him but he left.She came in dissapointed.

Dadima:"Geet why are you disappointed you know na he always does this when he want you to be in office so get ready and go take your BF also with you we'll take care of ansh.

Geet:"Vicky jaldi school ka time ho raha hai I don't want them to be late to school now hurry up".After they left she went to get ready to go to KC.

At KC as geet entered every one greeted her,Even shsha No guys she was not fired but was demoted to secretory post woh bhi adi ki.Why to trouble geet with her na.Geet entered and saw Maan pretending to read some file which was finished last week.Geet opened the box and came to maan, took him by her hand to the room attached to his cabin and started feeding him.

Geet :"Wo project was over last week you can now do your real work I will feed you bahane mat banao"

Maan sighing"to make you feed me mujhe kya kya karna padta hai"

Geet :"you don't need to do any thing I know you always want that but sab ke samne..."she said blushing.Maan pulled her on his lap.

Maan:"Mr.Mathur se baath karli hai meine".

Geet:"kya kaha uncle ne?"

Maan:"He is O.K with it I said wait untill they say it themselves,toh kab kahega tumhara ladla dever sabko?"

Geet:"every one know it already phir kyun pareshan karte ho usko?"

Maan:"becausse he deserves it sabko bata diya but didn't even ask her name to her, asking Avi."Shaking his head "After a year he spoke to her and now if we hadn't interfered he would have been bachelor till his 90's you know na its so difficult to keep dadima at bay from jumping to their marriage".

Geet:"Aap pareshan mat ho I think today he will take her out nahi toh I said her, if he didn't ask her she should propose"

Maan :"She agreed?"he asked amused.

Geet:"Agreed she was to do it last year only when she came to know about me being Avi's mummy and his bhabhi.She said she loves him and asked to bring our family to her home, toh I said let him try to say his feelings to you first.She knew it is late but she to wanted to spent some time as couple before marriage so yes she did".

Geet packed and told the driver to keep it in car.Maan came closer to her and hugged her from behind and said"I love you my Mishty" Geet replied "I love you too"They turned and were about to kiss when Maan's phone rang reminding him of his current meeting he sighed kissed geet on her forehead and went to conference room to attend meeting.Geet left to home.

Evening Vicky happily came home and straight went to geet,

Vicky:"Bhabhi You know what happenned today I asked her out she gave leave application and came with me we went to beach, after lunch then when we were sitting there she suddenly said that she loves me and wants to marry me she said me to ask her parents for her hand".Geet was all the while listening to him without expressions. "kya hua aren't you happy with this?"

Maan:"She would have if you would have proposed her instead of she proposing you"said maan entering the room geet glared vicky and turned her face.

Vicky:"What should I do she asked me before I was to ask her na, what is my fault in it?"

Geet:"What is your fault agar aisa hi hona tha tho it would have been a year back"Vicky was confused.

Vicky:"Matlab"

Geet:"It means, she was waiting for your proposal from a long time last year she was frustrated from waiting for you to speak to her she came to me and confessed her feelings, I said, my devar will propose you wait for right time. But you pani pher diya sab pe She Proposed You huh!"vicky was pouting.

Maan:"Ab age kya karoge wait for her move?"Questioned maan taunting vicky shaking his head and giving 'I told you so look to geet'.Maan wanted for family to arrange this marriage by a year now they would have been married.Geet refused saying let them enjoy their girlfriend boyfriend term.

Geet:"Koi wait nahi talk to family now go sab aate hi honge get ready to talk to them he will have to speak today" she glared at pouting vicky and left.

Maan:"Get ready to say now go and make a speech"he teased.

All were enjoying evening tea when geet nudged vicky,He cleared his throat and started,

Vicky:"Wo dad ...wo ..."

Ram:"kya ?"

Vicky:"wo ...wo wo mein...wo aaj...wo"

Dadima:"Aise bol raha hai jaise he will give me grandson tomorrow only"all giggled.

Vicky:"Wo dadima... mujhe na wo...mein ...avi ...wo...school."

Dadima fakingheart attack:"Kya you want to go to avi's school toh why did you take degree go work as a peon I don't mind kyon?"She asked ram and maan.All were enjoying his plight teasing him.

Vicky:"Wo mein ghar mein ...wo..."

Dadima:"uffo kya hai pota laa rahe kya ghar mein?"she said controlling her laugh.

Vicky frustratedly:"pota nahi bahu laa raaha hun"

Hall was dead silent for few seconds then all burst out laughing Geet removed sweets from under the table which was kept already as they came to know about the proposal from pari the moment she reached home, all were teasing him.

Dadima:"Finally bol toh diya nahi toh I was thinking When vicky will marry we have to postpone avi's marriage to few days"all laughed at this.

Next morning all went to Pari Mathur's house to ask her hand for vicky they happily agreed their marriage was fixed after 5 months from now.At night in maaneet's room.Maan was lying with geet in his arms and ansh sleeping in his pram.

Maan:"Mishty ab toh ansh bhi 9 months ka hho raha hai, avi is already 10 and Myra is 4 soon to be 5,Atleast abhi to take my name na"

Geet shyly nodded in no.Maan came on top of her and said,

Maan:"Mishty jaan kyun 6 years se tadpa rahi ho aaj toh humari 1st meeting ki anniversary hai aaj toh kehdo na..."geet hid her face in her palms.Maan pulled her hands out and looked in her eyes ,

Geet:"Maan"And hid her face again.

Maan sighing deeply:"I love you Mishty"

Geet:"I love you too...Maan".
