The melodious laughter grabbed his attention when he entered inside the mansion... He didn't even have to guess now who's voice it could be because now he have started recognizing her voice too unknown to him..
Dadima saw maan as he entered inside but didn't made it obvious to anyone else..
soon Maan eyes landed on the person of his interest right now...there was she laughing ..it was first time he saw her laughing and that too so openly but what diverted his attention from geet was the person sitting opposite to her.. who too was looking at her as if he was amused!
Yash- wow geet..u laugh too..i'm seeing u laughing for the first time!
Dadima- me too!
Hearing their comment made geet to stop laughing and embarrassed too- kya aap log bhi.. she cribbed ..
Dadima- we are not teasing u geet..its just that we are amused and happy to see u laughing after such a long time!..by the way i would like to give this credit to yash who made it possible!
Yash- i don't have any problem in making fun of myself if i get geet's laughter as my reward.. he looked at geet accepting her to say yes..
Geet just rolled her eyes on his request..
Maan didn't liked their eye gestures at all..plus their silent talk always make him confuse and irritate him , so he looked in some other way to avoid his irritation...
Dadima noticed this and this made her giggle a bit..
Dadima- maan u came.. come here see who is here, she sounded as if now only she saw him..
seeing maan there , geet who was till now was sitting relaxed , immediately straightened herself..Yash too got up to meet him..
Maan moved closer to them ,suddenly his foot by mistake hit the bag kept beside the sofa..
Yash quickly moved there and picked up his bag..sorry bhai woh by mistake i kept it here..
Dadima- sorry yash...in talks i totally forget about this.. come with me i will show u ur room..
Yash- its okay dadi..
Maan-yash r u going to live here??
Yash- ji bhai woh actually meera is out of station for some official work and when i told this to dadima... geet and she suggested i that should shift here for the time been..
Maan-hmm
Dadima- aap doono ka question answer session hogaya ho toh yash chale??
Yash- ji..
With that both dadima and yash left from there.. now it was only maan and geet who were left..maan looked at the retreating figure of yash and dadima whereas geet thought its better to leave from here..so she got up to go..but in her way maan was standing like a big wall in front of her ..she thought to walk from aside so bowing her head down she proceeded but as she took the first step to walk out..at the same moment maan turned towards her due to which geet's head collided with his shoulders..
ouch..
Maan- r u okay ?? maan asked in his concerned voice and tried to move more closer to her..
But geet's quick reply halted his steps..
Geet- i'm okay.. quickly she replied and left from there without even allowing him to check her face..leaving behind a surprised maan who didn't have clue what actually happened..
An hour later , maan and dadima were busy discussing some business related stuffs in living area , when yash came there..
Dadima- met her how is she feeling now??
Yash- she is much better now..I asked her to come and join us outside but she denied telling she needs to rest more..
Dadima- hmm..
Maan- Dadima BD ko kya hua??
Dadima- nothing serious..she was feeling some uneasiness few hours back...
Maan- oh.. didn't u call doctor to check her..
Yash- bhai no need.. she always feel like this when she is away from home .. soon she will be okay..
They were busy in their talks when geet came there
Geet- dadima dinner is ready..should we place it on table..
Dadima- nahi geet..let vicky come first..
Maan- vicky is not here..but i freed him before me .. now its already late where is he??
Dadima- i called him few minutes back.. he is on his way ... but yash cut her in between..
Yash- here he came! said yash who saw vicky entering inside..
Maan stood up to scold him- why r u late vicky?? don't tell me u again started to attend the unnecessary parties with ur friends!
Vicky- nahi bro..i was in hospital woh..but then he stopped when he saw geet there and remembered nishi's words not to tell anything about her to geet as she will get worried , woh..one of my friends was admitted there..
Maan- hmm..
Vicky- hii yash .. u here how come! vicky hugged him and warmly welcomed him.. yash too reciprocated to his hug and answered him..
Dadima- aap logo ka hogaya ho toh ..vicky go and fresh up and come down for dinner..
Vicky- ji dadi..
Vicky left from there..
At dinner table..
Dadima- nakul serve BD's dinner in her room only..
Nakul- ji..
Geet came there with roti's and placed it on table.. she was again going inside the kitchen but this time yash held her hand and stopped her..
Yash- geet what's this?? come'on sit with us and have ur dinner..
Dadima- yash aap hi kaheye meri baat to geet sunti hi nahi.. complained dadima..
Vicky- hai..geet , see today BD is not here too..leave all this and have dinner with us.. Vicky too supported yash..
Just one person was left to speak and that was maan , but his concern was something else right now and that was geet's hand which was held by yash.. and the roti in his hand was getting crushed by the his fingers..
Geet- okay..i'm sitting..and she sat beside yash as the seat beside him was empty and closed to her..
Yash- good! with that he left her hand and maan got his peace back ... geet how much u work..inside the kitchen 24*7 who does that??
Geet- i am learning na..
Yash- and what all u have learned till now??
Geet- i have learned basic food like daal, chawal and 2-3 veggies and etc etc..
Yash- going good..
Vicky- today's roti are soft ..kyu dadima??
Dadima- yes ..
Nakul who was coming after serving dinner to BD said- they are made by geet..
Yash- u made it , how?? he picked one roti and so round how?
Geet- woh actually i..
Dadima- arre yash , geet is quick learner , she learns quickly.. dadima patted geet's back for her achievement..
Yash- hai..but they are perfectly round ..how,even i'm trying to make them round soo many times per mujhse nahi hua??
Geet- actually..the truth is i made it with the help of roti maker that's why they are so round and perfect.. geet confessed..
Yash- oh!! that was the reason!
Geet- hmm..but please u all promise me that u will not tell it to BD , she will get angry if she comes to know about it.. cutely geet pleaded..
All laughed at her cuteness.. and promised her not to tell this to BD
Maan always like this attitude of her's to confess everything so openly in front of all.. like this they all completed their dinner , geet completed her dinner before all and again went in kitchen and after few minutes she came out.. all were just ready to leave when geet stopped yash.. all looked at geet curiously..
Yash- kya??
That's when geet brought her hand infront which was holding the glass ...
Yash- wow my milkshake! excitedly he grabbed the glass from geet..
Geet- woh u have habit of drinking milkshake before sleeping naa..so..
Yash- wow! its great same to same meera jaisa..but how u made it..
Geet- i have seen meera making it for u...so tried to make it and it came out good!
Yash- thank u geet..
Maan and Vicky were two souls who got confused to see this.. Maan was more confused and he got that irritating feel again... but thanks to vicky who asked the desired question what maan wanted to ask from long..
Vicky- wait a second how come geet know meera and about ur habit..and i'm noticing geet is okay with u..how??
Dadima- vicky don't get confused..Geet is employee cum friend of meera and yash..
Maan- matlab?? it was maan who was not able to hold his questions anymore..
Dadima- matlab geet works in their company and shares their flat with them..got it!
Maan- but how u know all this??
Dadima- yash told me today only..
Maan- oh..
Finally maan's mind and heart were at peace after getting his answers..
Maaneet's room
Maan was lying on sofa and was observing geet silently without making it obvious to her , she was making her bed.. without looking at him..whole day has passed but geet didn't spoke a single word to him neither he tried.. but he wanted geet to speak to him for once atleast..
Geet was done with her bed ..she moved to other side so that she can climb on her bed..
Maan's brain start working in full speed to get her attention before she sleeps..soon his eyes fell on a file kept on the table , he grabbed it and pretended that he is reading it.. geet was going to switch off the lights when she saw maan with file..
Geet(st)- till now he was sitting ideal and now this file.. should i ask him till when he will read this file...
Maan(st)- now geet have to speak to me... his brain smirked
Geet(st)- nahi..what if he again speak something rude.. its better to cover my face and sleep rather than talking to him.. with that she covered herself with blanket till head and slept..
Maan was shocked to see this , angrily he shouted geet closed the lights! , geet happily did that!
Next Morning
Maan was back from his work out sessions, now he needed his black coffee but nakul was no where to be seen..
Maan(st)- may be he is busy in kitchen.. so he moved in towards kitchen
In kitchen geet was busy preparing something side by side asking nakul , nakul was busy in other stuffs
Maan came there and saw it... , he asked for coffee from nakul...
Nakul- yes sir..just two minutes..i will make...
At the same time yash too came there and asked for his tea..
Geet knew nakul is busy with maan's coffee and other things so she replied... i will make it..yash can u wait for few minutes please.. okay , yash replied and went from there
maan who was going to leave from there stopped hearing her..
Nakul- geet..why don't u make this coffee..i will prepare tea..tea will take more time and plus u r making this dish too..
what nakul suggested suited geet but she denied as she didn't want to get involve in anything related to maan.. her denial didn't go well with maan..so in anger he came there.. and grabbed his coffee mug from nakul who was going to pour warm water in it..
Maan- kaka what is more easy to make a coffee or a tea?? , he asked while looking at geet
Geet and Nakul both were first surprised to see maan entering in kitchen and then his question confused them more.. but geet didn't pay much attention to him and started doing her work..
Maan- kaka i asked u something..
Nakul- ji...coffee..
Maan- hmm ..see its simple we just have to add this warm water , then this coffee and just one teaspoon of sugar.. maan's concentration was on geet all the time while geet, geet has turn her back to him but was noticing his hand moves..
Maan- where is sugar kaka??
Poor nakul was so surprised and shocked that he in place of sugar gave salt which was kept beside sugar to maan..
Maan too doesn't paid much attention to it as he was busy in something else.. so without noticing it maan added a spoon of sugar/salt in it... and mixed it..
Maan- its done! before that tea..in a way maan taunted geet's tea which was still placed on gas .. geet didn't liked it..
maan smelled his coffee- hmm..what a aroma! and brought his lips closed to his mug to take a sip.. and yuck! what the.. he spitted the coffee..
Geet tried to muffle her giggle but maan easily guessed that she is laughing.. this angered him more and he left from there..
Nakul- ye kya tha???
As he left geet got a full chance to laugh...

Vicky- hey miss. nerdy! how r u now, and did u collected ur reports??, vicky sounded casual..
Nishi-much better.., they will gave reports after a week...aa..thank u and sorry for yesterday vicky..woh i was so frustrated that i slapped u in my anger..i'm..
Vicky- its okay..ur slap(while touching his cheek) made me realize my mistake so its okay.. i too realized that i was crossing the limits...
Nishi- hmm..woh..here's ur money that.. she forwarded some money to him..
Vicky- what's for this??
Nishi- yesterday u admitted me in hospital and even paid my bill there..so its ..
Vicky- nishi i paid because i considered u as my friend not for taking it back..
Nishi- please vicky take it..u know i don't like this sharing money and all that...
Vicky- okay .. tumse argue mei nahi kar sakta..anyways i have a surprise for u..
Nishi- what surprise??
Vicky- this! , vicky showed a tiffin(lunch box) to her..
Nishi- tiffin??
Vicky- aisa waisa tiffin nahi hai...it contains ur sister's hand made food..
Nishi gave him a confused look..
Vicky- arre i told u na geet is in km and she is trying to impress bd nowdays.. so today she made this sweet dish i.e gajar ka halwa for u and asked met o give u..u love it na..
Nishi's eyes twinkled with the news that geet made something for her..
Nishi- really she made it for me.
Vicky- hai..now don't get senti..chalo we will have it together..
