"Main Geetanjali ka pati hoon, YUVRAJ MAAN SINGH KHURANA." (I'm Geetanjali's husband, CROWNED PRINCE, MAAN SINGH KHURANA!)
Grabbing Geet's hand tightly he walked out of the formal living room, leaving everyone shocked and happy. But Prince Devraj and Princess Sameera were stunned, crest-fallen and disappointed at not being able to make a good first impression at Rajkumari Geetanjali and Yuvraj Maan respectively!
Dadimaa with her royal stature and pride grilled the duo Rajput brother and sister, "Aap dono ko humne kitna samjhaya tha ki rajasi aacharan(royal decorum) kijiyega, kintu aap dono to bhikariyon ki tehara aacharan(behaving like desperate beggars) kar rahe hain! Shaam ko aap ussi tehara aacharan kijiye jaise Rajkunwar Yashvardhan aap se kahen. Varna Maan aur Geetanjali aap dono ki taraf dekhenge bhi nahi, shaadi toh door ki baat!" (How much I've explained to you to behave like royalty, whereas you are behaving like desperate beggars. In the evening, please behave the way Prince Yashvardhan tells you to, otherwise Maan and Geetanjali will not even look in your direction forget marrying you!)
Maan took Geet to a secluded part of the palace and said,"Tumne uss jokar Devraj se milne ke liye haan kaise ki?" (How could you agree to meet that jokar Devraj?)
"Humare Armaan bhai-sa ne hamesha humari saari baatein maani hai chahe sahi ho ya galath. Unhone hummei hamesha ek beti ki tehara manna hai naa ki bahen ki tehare! Pratham baar unhone humse kuch maanga hai, hum naa nahi kar sakte!" (Armaan bhi-sa has always fulfilled all my wishes whether right or wrong. He has always considered me as his daughter not a sister. First time he has asked me for something and I can't say no.)
"Aur tum kya chahti ho? Armaan ki khushi ke kaaran tum uss cartoon se shaadi karogi?(What do you want? Just for Armaan's happiness you will marry that cartoon character.)
"Jo hum chahte hain, woh abb ho naki sakta. Iss liye agar humare iss rishte ko haan kahne se Armaan bhai-sa khush hote hain toh kya bura hai? " (What I want can no longer happen. But if by my agreeing to this proposal Armaan bhai-sa is happy, whats wrong in it?)
"Hum aap se bhi vintee karte hain,ki aap Rajkumari Sameera se vivaah kar lijiye. Aapke essa karne se Dadimaa aur Pitaji ko khushi milegi." Geet suggested to Maan (I request you to also get married to Princess Sameera as Dadimaa and Pitaji will be happy.)
Hearing this comment of Geet, Maan left in anger from there for the gym. Geet collapsed on the floor crying her heart out. This whole conversation was witnessed by Riddhima who had run behind Maan when he had left the formal living room by dragging Geetanjali behind him. Riddhima was about to go and console Geetanjali, but then decided to give her space and ran off to tell Dadimaa.
Evening came and Dadimaa planned not to let Maan and Geet be in the same room. Dadimaa made Geetanjali and Devraj be in one room with Arjun being present in close vicinity but hidden from Geetanjali and Devraj's view. Maan and Sameera in one room with Riddhima being present in close vicinity but hidden from Maan and Sameera's view. Devraj was talking to Geet politely initially but his curiosity got better of him as Geet's beautiful face was covered with her odhani. He had heard a lot about Rajkumari Geetanjali's beauty. He tried to come close and remove her odhani so he could see her face, thereby alarming Geet. She wanted to beat him using her karate moves and toss him down but she remembered just in time that it may lead to ruining of Singhania's reputation, hence she just got up flew out of the room and banged into Maan. Maan on other hand was fed up of overeager talks and advances of Sameera towards him, left the room in a hurry colliding with Geet. The moment Geet recognised Maan's fragrance and touch she clung to Maan tightly and started crying intensely. As Geet had been tense and highly strung since morning, her already weak body(still recuperating after surgery) collapsed in Maan's arms. The scene in both the rooms were witnessed by Arjun and Riddhima respectively. When Dadimaa, Armaan and Rajeev came to know about what happened to Geet all three were boiling mad and decided to pack the Rajput duo back to their home. Dadimaa and Rajeev had tough time holding Singhania brothers back from bashing Devraj especially Armaan.
Maan carried Geet in his arms to her room, laid her on her bed and sprinkled water on her face to revive her. While Maan was waiting for Geet to revive, few things became clear to him. Once a married woman is disowned by her husband, she becomes an easy catch for men around. Husband's duty is to protect his wife not leave her in mid-stream of life. No matter how protective and loving brothers are they can't take place of one's life partner/husband. Maan now realised why Dadimaa mentioned that Maan failed as a husband. Slowly, Geet revived calling "Suniye, Suniye!" Geet was trying to find Maan in the dark room with her hands. Maan immediately went near her and held her in his arms saying, "Ghabrao matt! Main yahin hoon!" (Don't worry! I'm here!)
"Hum uss Rajkumar se vivaah nahin karna chahte hain. Aap kuch kar nahin sakte?" Geetanjali pleaded to Maan. (I don't want to marry that Prince. Can't you please do something?)
