Oh My God!!! The emotions were running high throughout the update. I was biting my nails throughout , sitting at my seat's edge, wondering what would happen!! The anxiety and anticipation was brilliantly built up!
Mohinder, Rano, Dadi were all regretting their actions and wondering on the crucial 'what-ifs' in life.
Yash and Naina were ashamed and repenting. Vicy knows that this wedding will have disastrous outcomes and I was cheering for him when he asked Maan to elope with Geet.
Everybody could see that the wedding taking place is not a celebration but a funeral for three lives. And yet Geet in her blind determination to see Maan happy with his kids and parents is stubbornly set to proceed with the wedding. Dear Geet, please understand that Maan's presentt and future will be there if you are with him. But he would have no future in your absence because he would not live without you.
And Maan... his palpable heartbreak had me bawling for him. The entire aura of this wedding was so omnious!
Maan happily met everyone and went to Geet's bedroom to escort her for the wedding. I could visualise the song 'Hamesha tumko chaha' from 'Devdas' in the background. He trapped Geet in her own plan making every path for a divorce blocked. And his 'akhiri sawal' and 'akhiri baar' were so poignant and omnious. As if the ma(a)n is determined to end it all today. He is a man on a mission or shall I say suicide mission today; because witnessing his jaan becoming somebody else's today is going to rip apart his soul and whatever hopes he had for survival. Because the way you have painted his character, even if he does not intentionally commit suicide, his heart is going to give up the very moment the wedding is finished.
He knew Geet's plan and yet he is going forward with it. Somehow I feel that he has now given up on his rights of making a decision for their lives and is happy to proceed as per her wishes. The eye conversation between them was touching!
How I wish Maan had agreed to Vicky's plan and taken away Geet forcefully but that won't sink with his character. It is as if he wants to finish everything today, the love, the hatred,.the pain. Also he has taken all his self inflicted punishments by watching Geet's marriage.
Jaago Geet Jaago. Before its too late. The baby you visualised in his arms is most likely your dead baby... evenn her soul is giving her danger signals.
