She calls him arrogant ape because she felt he was arrogant as initially he didnt respond to her hello when they were introduced at the airport and then later on he ignored them during the whole car ride... so she felt that he is arrogant... also because when she was feeling thora motion sickness and suggested saying that the should sit for a while (at the falls) he shouted at her and in fact his shouting was the first thing he ever spoke to her...

She is planning a revenge because according to her he was mean to her showing attitude and all... and Geet's character is as such only that she wont take any attitude from anybody... its just a way of getting back at him for his rudeness... though she wont play much tricks because that is something she does only for her loved ones but she will surely do something to annoy him... you like tit for tat...

About the PI issue and Maan's anger actually as of now nobody is aware about his level of anger or even his mental conflict for that matter... for Adi, Maan didn't like what Geet did but he is ready to give her a chance... and Maan has never said anything on that issue since that very day they found out about it... also Maan has let the issue of the PI go but what he has not been able to let go is the fact that Geet had questioned Adi's integrity and character... that is what he hasnt been able to forgive... he has forgiven the means(the act) but not the intention of the act...

And since nobody knows about his feeling on the matter... how will they understand his behavior and anger... also since they've been working continuously and also that Maan has been okay with Geet around him no one has questioned his chota-mota arguments with Geet
