Very long update but it's necessary fot you to know Geet's character...thought it's better to warn you guys...

Maan becomes suspicious and keeps asking them about the truth while they are not so happy in his inquiry...

Maan is worried that the stupid family might have got her married to some stranger in a hurry...

Luckily for Maan Darji confirmed that nothing like that happened as Geet is not in a condition to get married...

Maan is again worried about Geet...

Maan: what happened to Geet? did she faint again? Where is she? Is she in the hoapital?

Darji: nahi nahi, aaisa kuch nahi hai, Geet is getting better day by day

But Darji doesn't seem to be really happy while saying that and he is still a worried man...

Maan: this is not true, you are hiding something , tell me the truth, I'm not a stranger and I know Geet very well, I'm also worried about her like you

Darji: Geet is fine, nothing to worry, she is just feeling a little tired and exhausted

Maan: what? what's wrong with Geet now? Has she become physically weak?

Maan can't wait to see Geet, he just wants to make sure that she is in gud shape...hopefully Geet wouldn't have spoiled her health...

Darji: kuch nahi beta, she is fine, it's just that she felt suffocating staying inside the house itself all these days and hence she wanted to go to Amristar and see the Guru

Maan is little relieved that she is not being admitted in a hospital as he feared...

What have they done to his Geet then?

His Geet? yeah, Maan has realized that Geet is his love, she is Maan ki Geet, haina?

Better it's not too late for Maan to get his Geet back...

Maan wants to know the whole story in order to understand Geet's problem and to help her...

He asks Darji what happened to Geet...darji starts to tell the story from the beginning...

Darji's family is the head of Hoshiarpur and even Maan's grandpa Khuranaji initially worked for them before Khuranaji decided that it's better to go out and earn...

Geet is the first daughter in their family after generations...

Being a male dominated family they are still in the old culture of treating their women as their priceless possession and guarding their respect as the family repution...

Since Geet is believed to have broken the curse in their family and has entered as Devi lakhsmi bringing back all their lcuk and fortunes she is hailed as their goddess and pampered like a princess...

Geet is protected by her cousin Brij wherever she went and she hated that...she wanted to roam freely like the other girls and she always complained to her mother about this lack of freedom...

Her mother consoled her that as she grows big she'll get all the freedom she wishes for a Rajkumar will come and make her his rani and take her to his kingdom where she will rule like a queen...

Geet always kept looking for her Rajkumar who would also be her savior rescuing her from the clutches of her family...

She was shrewd and always kept questioning the rituals that kurb the rights of the girl child...

She wanted the same freedom as her brothers...for that she was often frightened with scary stories of evil ravans waiting to abduct beautiful princess like her...

Then she started to understand that our's is a male dominated society where women's safety is always a question...she read about a few assaults on women and her anger grew more and she was desperate to find a solution for all this...

She thought education can help the girls to some extent...but that too didn't ensure the girl's safety for the men were still illiterates and they continued bullying women...

That's when she met her Maan who respected women and also treated them equal, that means literally equal, his notion of women helping themselves instead of depending on men impressed Geet a lot and she also started to look for ways to safeguard her integrity instead of seeking protection all the time...

She then packed chilly powder, pepper spray and also grew her nails for her own defence...

That's how she started liking Maan...

The only mystery is how and where she met Maan...there is no doubt that Maan is Khrish for all herstories he has heard about Khrish happened in his life and all the characteristics of Khrish are also same as Maan's...

Maan further inquired about Geet from the neighbours and this is what he got to know...

Geet was actually a very lovable and naughty girl...she is not like the others in the handa house, she is different and she treated everyone equal irrespective of their social status...

She made friends in all the levels, infact she found the poor more loyal, more loving and caring than the people with property who only cared for their wealth and nothing else...

Her friends included the lesser fortunate and the rich evenly...

This is what worried her family when they found about Khrish...they wanted Khrish to be of equal status and from their own community...Brij was very particular about thar...that's why he was after Maan...

All these days her family had faith in her that she is capable of making her own choices for she was such a smart kid not like some love struck silly girl who can't think beyond the teenage crushes...

But Geet has got a strong head and she knows what she is doing...

She doesn't follow someone blindly but her only problem is her emotional and sensitive nature...

She is very sensitive with any issues related to women and she is one of those gilrs who is always ready to fight for their rights...

At times she takes things very seriously and gets involved so much that she acts hysteric which scares her friends and family...

And about this Khirsh matter, she was a normal timid teenager who was little scared of going out to a metro city like Mumbai...but her belief that only higher education could give girls the liberty and independence they deserve made her persue graduation in Delhi...

She was brought up in a very protective environment and the whle family incluing her cousin Brij pampered her with all the comforts and luxury she would wish for...

She never knew about any worries that actually all the other friends faced for she was never refused anything that she demanded for all her wishes were simple and so her family happily fulfilled her humble dreams...

Only when she wanted to go to Delhi for her higher studies did Darji refused to grant her wish...

But she kept persuading him and made promises to keep up the family traditions did she get their permission...

All was well until she came across this Khrish one day...

After that Geet's life changed drastically and she began living her dreams all day...

First they thought it's some crush and she'll get over this as she matures...but later it turned about to be an addiction and they could never find any Khrish in her college or her friends...

Even her bestie at college Annie didn't know much about Khrish except that Geet has fallen in love with that Khrish and she is dating him...

Geet promised to introduce Maan to Annie but soon Maan finished his MBA and left to his home in Mumbai...then Geet had been chatting with him for a while but when she tried to contact him he didn't want to talk with her and he also changed his mobile number...

From then Geet was upset for a few days and then she almost turned mad thinking about Maan 24*7...

Annie thought that it's getting out of control and then only she informed about the madness to Geet's family...

Then Maninder came to take Geet home and they thought it's better to get her married off soon so that she'll forget this madness and focus on her own family...

They thought she doesn't need a degree anyhow as she is only a girl and her duties are only towards her sasuraal, husband and kids...

But Geet refused to come home without finishing her course...she was stubborn that she'll not leave Delhi until she gave her last exam...

So she was given permission to stay in the hostel with the condition that she didn't step out of the hostel except for attending classes...

Annie was given the responsibility to take care of Geet but Annie felt sorry for Geet who missed her Khrish very badly...

But Geet is not a fool to spoil her life for her love, she was confident that she'll get back her Khrish after she finished her studies and she concentrated in her studies...

She graduated with distinction to her family's astonishment and fulfilled her wish to get her degree...

The family thought that she would slowly forget that Khrish eventually if she is kept away from him and that in the mean time they can arrange her marriage with some NRI guy...

After their final exams are over Geet is not very happy to retrun home...

Annie knew why, Geet had not found her Khrish yet, she can't search and find him if she goes home...

They will never let her out of the house...

Geet went back to Hoshiapur and went from there to Mumbai when she got a chance saying that she had gone to meet her friend Pinky...but then she was called back after a week when Brij came and took her as her family didn't like her staying away from home...

Geet then decided that it's time for her to go back to her Khrish and thus she left to Mumbai without telling anyone...As she had been going in search of Khrish often but never had met him made her family to think that Khrish might not be a problem for they never took him seriously, it's always Geet who has been taiking about Khrish and trying to contact him and Khrish didn't even try to contact her once and that only made everyone doubt that Khrish might be her imagination...

They took her to a phyciatrist who confirmed the fact that Geet is not lucid and is not capable of thinking rationally...she has lost her power to think and judge what's real and what's imaginary...she is living in her illusions...

Her actions proved that she is actually finding it difficult to switch between real and reel worlds...she is confused that her reel world is the real one and the people around her are trying to separate her from her love Khrish, as they don't like Khrish...

B'coz everyone suggested that Khrish is some fake person Geet often got angry and she her inability to prove that Khrish is real added to her frustations until she was exhausted and finally fainted...

This became a habit for Geet and so her family started to guard her and tried to keep her locked up inside their house itself for the fear of being branded "Pagal" by the society...

At times she would start talking to her Khrish whenever she was alone and this scared her family...

Being an over protective child Geet is not used to worries and failure...

Whatever she wished for she got except for this Khrish who kept eluding her...

She was dejected when he stopped chatting with her and didn't want to talk to her...

She couldn't digest the fact that her Khrish disowned her love and so she started living in her dreams where she continued her love life with her Khrish...

This further worried her Doctors who thought her condition has worsened and she has lost her sanity and lost connections with reality...

That's when Darji wanted to quickly marry her off to some distant land so that she won't remember what happened in India...

Geet eloped once again...and this time she is not going to get caught as usual...

That's how she landed in Mumbai and she was actually third time lucky for she met her Maan this time...but she was overwhelmed seeing Maan after such a long time and in her excitement she fainted for her mind was so fragile...

Everytime she saw him in person she became emotional as she didn't know how he would react...

She was still afraid that he will reject her love...but she was confident that he'll understand her love oneday and accept her love...

She believed that he'll someday remember the days they spent together in Delhi, the days that turned her into this "Maan Deewani", the days that changed the path of their lives, their path united in those days and they wished to continue their journey together...

Geet literally became mad in those days only...Geet sach mein "pyar mein pagal ho gayi thi" in those days...

The only missing link in the whole story is that there was no Geet at all in all these scenes, there was no Geet for this is not Geet's life but this is Maan's life...

All this time everyone thought that Maan is the one who is missing from Geet's life but the truth is that Geet is only missing in the whole Khrish story for Khrish's story is just Maan's story...

Each and every incident from Angel's accident to the college fest to the Manali camping occurred in Maan's life and not Geet's life...

Geet somehow got to know Maan's story but no one knows how she knew it, not even Annie...

Maan is also clueless to how Geet knows his past life so well as if she had been with him all along his past as everyone believes...they think that Maan has lost his memory and forgot Geet...

Only Maan knows that Geet was not a part of his past ever, until he met her in Mumbai...

Maan might be wrong, for Geet had met him in the past, that too in Mumbai, but how?

It's time to reveal the truth, it's time to unlock the mystery...so be ready for a surprise in the next part for Maan is about to find out the missing links...not from Geet but from ???????????????

Fascinating Update

I understand that Geet wanted to study she had than seen Maan and the fact that he treats women as equals impressed her but why had she called him Krish because at that time she was not delusional she had just met him .
Maan now will find out the truth but again not from Geet
looking forward to seeing what will happen

story become more ad more confusing in chakkar of maan and krish. she meet maan before, she admired him for his quality of respecting women, but when and where she meet him?when she started uni maan left than how all the incident she narrate was happen in past relates to maan only?before going to Delhi she went to Mumbai?nothing is making and sense to me, it sounds like golmal hi bhaiya golmal hi...! but one thing is sure she must have got all this story from Angel herself who is living in Mumbai now and as she used to work for women right and charity she might have come across this angle and angle have told her story of maan ,but still from where krish came i think she was fond of Rithik roshan and he was famous as his one of character of film as krish and that krish has become hero of her mind and she started to assume maan as an Krish by hearing maan's story from krish, and like that she become disillusion about both characters and forget the difference between reel and real life.that is my guess for this story and will wait for Ur next update when you will crack the nut and will bring out shell to surprise us.

As Maan waits impatiently for Geet's arrival he gets more and more frustrated...

He keeps asking Mr.Handa about Geet and when she'll return...

Mr.Handa tells Maan to go and take some rest for Geet will come back only late in the evening...

He shows him the guest room but how sould Maan take rest while his Geet is not with him...

Maan instead becomes curious to see Geet's room, he can atleast keep watching her things and refresh his memory until Geet returns...

Maybe he would get some clues to how Geet knows Maan and why she calls him Khrish and herself Angel?

If Geet had known him before she must have some memories of their love...

But Maan couldn't find anything related to him there...

He only finds some old albums of Geet where she looks like a real princess for her mother used to dress her up like a princess when she was a little girl, but when Geet grew up she found herself isolated due to her unusal dressing and she then started to wear simple clothes which she liked very much...

She always wanted to be one among the rest and never wanted to be treated differently...

There is some pictures of her with Pinky too...

Then Maan searches for her recent snaps and finds some of her college photos...

There she is seen with her friends in Manali and also a picture of her with the Dr couple whom Maan met at Manali...

Yes Geet did go to their house but then Maan didn't meet her there, how is it possible for Maan went there a couple of years before Geet...

Moreover Maan just stayed there for a night as his jeep broke down but he fixed it then itself and left the next morning all alone and didn't remember picking up or dropping anyone...

Now Maan had found out how Geet knew that triple chicken Lasangne recipe that aunty made...she must have made for Geet too...

Geet is seen sharing some pasta with them...that's uncle's favorite and aunty often makes that...

But how did Geet get to that place first of all, it's in the interior of the jungle and no one dares to enter that space except for the locals...only the Dr.couple are outsiders for they have dedicated their life for the tribals...

Maybe they are related to Geet someway...maybe Geet was also there at their place when Maan went there...maybe Geet saw him but Maan didn't notice her then...

Maan goes and asks Mr.Handa about the couple but he doesn't know anything about them...

Maan returns to Geet's room to find more clues...

He finds a scrap book where there are some scribbles and it looks like Geet has written something...

"Khrish doesn't love me"

"Khrish hates me"

"khrish is angry with me"

"Khrish doesn't like me"

"Khrish doesn't want to talk to me"

"Khrish doesn't want to meet me"

"khrish doesn't want to be with me"

"Khrish will never come back to see me"

"Khrish will never talk to me again"

"Khrish will never love me"

"I lost my Khrish"

"I can never get my Khrish back"

"don't you worry about me, I won't come and disturb you again"

"I won't trouble you again"

"but I never cheated you, how can I cheat my Khrish?"

"Khrish thinks I'm a cheat"

"I'm a cheat"

"I'm a liar"

"Khrish says that he never loved me"

"I know you love me khrish, but don't hate me"

Maan reads it to find out that Geet is really upset after Maan called her a cheat...

"Khrish hates me"

Again all the statements are repeated...

This is what she has kept on thinking in her mind all these days and she must have actually become mad...

Maan then carefully looks for more clues...

He then finds a shelf full of books, novels, comics and even epics...teh one that captured Maan's eyes is the Mahabaratha...and also more about Lord Khrishna...

Geet must be interested in reading the epics and her favotite is definitely Khrishna, not the Gopiyar's Khrishna but the Khrishna who helped the pandavas, their savior...there is a picture of Khrishna riding Arjuna's chariot on her wall...it says..."Khrish...my savior...???????"

Just below that is the answer for that too..."Mera Khrish aagaya...apne Geet ko bachane... "

Also there are Newspaper clippings of poor innocent girls being victims of the cunning wolves in the recent days...including Delhi's Nirbaya case...it's been highlighted with a big question mark...

And there are many more similar articles...

And in that she has scribbled a lot, where are you Khrish? Come soon khrish, hate the world,evil rules, where is khrish to save the innocent souls? Come and protect your Geet from the hawks, your Geet needs you Khrish, I know you will come and punish the culprits... Waiting for Khrish... all that points to only one thing, she believed in Khrish, her own savior, just like every girl wants a Rajkumar with all the might and riches to take care of her like a princess all that Geet wished for is a Khrish for Geet just like the Khrishna for Arjuna...

Maan is worried about Geet now...

He runs to Mr.Handa and asks him about it...

While Maan is talking with Mr.Handa he sees a shadow figure hiding and listening to them

He thinks that it must be someone trouble maker and he excuses himself and follows that figure...

It is non other than Rajji, Geet;s little sister who has returned from school...

She looked suspiciously at Maan and was also worried...

Maan didn't bother her much as she is just a kid now Maan thinks that she must have something in her mind and Maan catches hold of her and threatens her for overhearing his conversation with Mr.Handa...

Rajji looks frightened and she is just a reflection of Geet...

Maan tries to befriend her for then only she would open up...

Maan: hi, I'm Maan Singh Khurana, Geet's friend, who are you?

Rajji wouldn't speak...

Maan: I know you must be Geet's sister, what's your name?

Rajji is still afraid to talk with a stranger...

Maan: I came to see Geet, I think you must be knowing where she is?

Rajji: who are you?

Maan: I told you, I'm Geet's friend

Rajji: no you are not

Maan: how do you say that?

Rajji: I know Geet didi doesn't have any boy friend

Maan: but they say Geet has a boy friend and you also know it

Rajji: no, it's not true

Maan: how are you so sure?

Rajji: I know my didi more than all of you, she doesn't have any boy friend, it's all her dream, her Khrish

That makes Rajji angry...

Rajji: so you are one of them, didi is not mad,but with all your lies you peope have turned her mad completely

Rajji becomes very sad...

Maan: Geet is not insane , Geet pagal nahi hai, haina?

Maan also knows that...

Rajji: Geet is not insane...meri didi pagal nahi hai

Rajji shouts...Maninder comes...

Maninder: usske saath reh reh ke tum bhi pagal ho gayi ho

Rajji: aap logon ke saath rehthi toh aap log mujhe bhi pagal bana denge bade papa

Maninder raises his arms to beat Rajji and Maan stops him...

Rajji now believes that Maan must really be Geet's well wisher...

Rajji: bachao mere didi ko, ye log meri didi ko jeethe jee maar dalenge

Maninder: shut up you fool, God has forgot to put some brains into these girls' head, all are insane

Rajji: no all of you are only mad, sab pagal ho gaye hai

Rajji is scared of her uncle and also she looks so worried and helpless, as if she is also waiting for someone like Khrish to save the poor souls from these men...

She starts to blame her family for Geet's plight...

Maan: what are you saying? Is Geet in trouble?

Rajji: who are you?

Maan has the answer now...

Maan: I'm Khrish, Geet's Khrish

Rajji is happy to hear that...

Rajji: you are Khrish, I knew, Khrish hai, Geet Didi never lies, Khrish hai Didi

Maan: haan Geet, now I know, I'm khrish, Geet's Khrish

Rajji: Khrish!!!!!!! I can't believe it, so you are the one who played hide and seek with Geet Didi,you played with her emotions and made her look like a fool in front of everyone, you made false promises, you left her in the lurch when she trusted you so much,why did you do that? Why did you leave Geet? Don't you ever think of ditching my Didi, warna mein appko chodungi nahi, samjhe aap?

Maan: I never left her, I never made any promises, I never knew I'm Khrish, I never knew Geet loved me all these years

Rajji: what?

Maan: first of all I never met her before, I never knew someone is there who loves me so much until I met her in Mumbai, not even then did I know that Geet loves me, MSK, not until this very day

Rajji noe demands an explanation from Khrish who put her Didi into so much trouble...

Rajji is shocked...: how is that even possible?

Maan: it is possible, it is very much possible, this is how Geet found her khrish, this is how Geet loved MSK

Maan showed something to Rajji and Rajji is also shocked...
