There wr many ppl came nd went from this dept ,, few wr still there but Natrajan was close to MK,, it was he who ask his prob if he find him sad nd tense ,, helped him without time to time ,even though he was a mere lab assist ,, MK never denied to help him ,, Natrajan felt a lump in his throat nd looked down .

Geet understood his condition ,, he was hurt nd feeling bad for Maan ,, d person who was infornt of him everytime nd helped him in his tough time nd now became helpless ,, anybody's heart cried for him .

Geet: Mr natrajan , I know it is hard for u but plzz try to understand nd help me ,, u r my last hope to know about him nd I cn assure u if he'll come out from his shell then i'll took u to meet him one day ,, plzz trust me .

Nattu: ma'am I don't know much about him.

Geet: but u know who wr his friends nd came to meet him ,, he was infront of u for many hrs nd it was quiet possible that u saw him with few of his college mates nd friends .

Nattu: there wr many in that dept nd doing their research ,, all talked to each other .

Geet: any one who was very close to him nd u saw them together most of d time as compare to others .

Nattu: yes there wr 2 who visited him in his lab nd spent time with him .

Geet beamed: who wr they ?

Nattu: they wr Dr Dev Mahajan nd Dr Natantara Mahajan ,, they wr friends from their MS course ,, nd they wr also doing their research with him in same batch .

Geet became froze listening Dr Dev nd Dr NT's names ,, those cheap ppl wr Maan's friends ,, How ?

Geet: any other who is still working here .

Nattu: HOD knew about MK sir nd his wife Sameera too , few left d college .

Geet: sameera , she is still there ,, she knew MK ?

Nattu: yes .

Geet: i'm sorry to ask but did he has any GF ,, means any girl with whom u saw him ?

Nattu became restless with this Q nd gave a helpless look to her which confirmed Geet that he knew something but didn't want to open that.

Geet: I promise , I won't disclose it to any one ,, plzz trust me , I respect his nd his family's repo nd won't put u in any prob .

Nattu: ma'am it's not good to talk about her ,, she is now some one's wife .

Geet: Oh , means she married to some one else after him ?

Nattu: yes . u cn understand , who'll stay with d person who has no life ,, all want a good nd happy life .

Geet: huumm, but true love never left ur side in ur bad phase ,, his family didn't leave him , then why she ?

Nattu: I don't know ma'am ,, it's a common tendency ,, everybody want a good nd successful future for them not a cursed life with a sick person .

Geet: it is ur practical opinion , I don't believe in this , who was that girl ?

Nattu : Dr Nayantara ,, plzz keep it with u ,, though many knew that they wr together but now things has changed nd she is married to other person nd MK sir left this place forever .

Geet thought for a while nd asked : Mr Natrajan , in which yr of his research that incident occurred nd what happened to his research work ?

Nattu: that happened in last yr of their research ,, but his work left uncompleted ,, there wr many who left their work in mid after 1-2-3 yrs ,, it's on luck what we achieve nd what we lost ?

Geet: hummm , ur r right but we don't know when time turn it's side ,, our destiny walk 2 steps ahead from us ,, other wise I never thought I got a person who was very close to MK .

Nattu: I pray for MK sir ,, he is a man of golden heart .

Geet: thanku so much Mr Natrajan for this help ,, tell me ur Dept , i'll meet u if I need nd u cn also come to me any time if u want any help ,, i'm in college's hostel ,, u know my dept too , i'm in same lab where u wr .

Nattu: thank a lot ma'am nd plzz keep d things with u .

Geet: sure .

Both got up nd went to their respective ways ,, Geet was back in her room but she was lost in her thoughts ,, there wr many QS poping their heads .. nattu said Dr nayantara was with Maan but now she was married to Dr Dev Mahajan ,, both wr Maan's coursemate nd friends ,, but d talks which she heard in library showing her a diff angle ,, both wr in same dept with Maan ,, their sub wr almost co related with lil diffence ,, how it happened ? It was possible coz they did their MS from here together b**-**** nd then joined research line ,, Dr Dev nd NT did their Phd but where is Maan's ? May be that incident happened before submitting his thesis ,, but why his research matters is related to d pendrive's which she got from d lab ,, that pen drive belong to Maan's nd he lost that yrs back ,, why he didn't try to find that back which had his hard work stored in ? How I asked this to him ?

Geet was pacing in d room with d cup of coffee nd running her mind on all possibilities .

Geet's POV...

Geet one thing is very clear that Maan was related to Dr Nayantara who is now mrs Dev Mahajan .. a jerk .. grrr ,,, but they don't have a good relation nd seeing Dr Dev's behaviour it is clear that he is a cheater nd back stabber ,, but why was he accusing her that she enjoyed with that hotty nd she retort back that she was doing all that for him ,, that was only a drama nd she loved him ,, why she was threatening him ? what they did ? Did she cheat Maan ? No... I think they both cheated Maan ,,, but why nd for what ?

Sameera ... haan usse kuch clue mil sakta hei ,, per wo Sr hei , usse poochna theek hoga kya aur ab to HOD ki wife bhi hei ,, kahin ulta meri hi band na baj jaye Jemes Bond banane ke chakker mei ,, kya karu ..? kuch to solid mile aage badne ke liye ,, risk to lena hi padega ,, I need some more info regarding Maan .

She sighed nd mumbled .. hope, Maan give some +ive response ,, i cn help him to put his work back ,, but there is no chance , he'll deffo kill me ,, God!! his all hard work of day nd night r going waste , he deserves to get d acknowledgement of his very valuable research ,, what to do ? Babaji !! plzz help ur bacchi .
