A Love in Silence

Chapter 15

Geet was all tensed, as far as she is happy that Maan's better, she was not very happy that Maan is going to the Office today, Maan came up to the hall and saw Geet sitting on the dining thinking about something, the moment Maan said he is going to the Office, her face turned dull and upset, Maan saw her as he came down and saw her sitting with her upset look, he understood the reason, and he went near her and Geet stood up, and took the juice glass and poured his juice,

"Geet" Maan called and she looked at him trying to smile, "I think I will have my breakfast today" Maan said putting Geet to shock, Maan face was as serious as always but not his eyes, those furious fire eyes was so calm now, Geet rushed inside the kitchen and told Nakul who jumped in joy, "I told you Rahul, I told you, Some day, some day this will happen, so only I make his favorite always for breakfast, here Geet ji, Maan sir's favorite Italian pasta" Nakul said as he gave the bowl to Geet

Geet to got it and came up and served Maan and poured the juice and sat near him, as Maan was eating Geet was looking at him, actually staring, "Geet" Maan said as he was eating, "I know you are worried of me going to the office today" Maan spoke and Geet looked at him carefully, "but there is nothing to worry about, I am fine and I will be fine" Maan said and Geet looked at him with a slight smile, the thought of Maan concerned about her feelings for him was making her so happy,

Maan then went away finishing his breakfast and tablets which Geet gave him and went away, Geet too followed him to the door and waved a bye to Maan, and Maan nodded up acknowledging her bye, at first it looked wired but now, Maan is used to it and it become like some daily routine for him,

Geet was in the hall as she was feeling bored and as Nakul and Rahul are busy in the kitchen, "Geet ji" Rahul came up holding an sweet little cat in his hand, "I got it finally, this is the reason for you to get hurt on that day, now see what I am going to do with it, coming inside our mansion escaping all guards, this cat" Rahul said as he walked with the cat, Geet saw the Little white cat and her heart felt for it, she then rushed towards Rahul and stopped him, and got the cat from him,

"Geet ji, don't show kindness to this creature, then it will start coming here always and if Maan sir sees this, God," Rahul jumped up, Geet signed she will take care, "Ok, Your wish, but keep it away from the kitchen Geet ji, or it will keep it's dirty mouth inside our dishes" Rahul said, and Geet nodded an ok, and signed for some milk, and Rahul nodded and went up and bought an milk bottle and an plate, Geet then took the cat to her room and poured the milk on the plate and left the cat near it,

The Cat looked at Geet a bit scared and Geet went and sat on the bed, giving the cat it's private space and the cat started to drink the milk, Geet smiled at the cat licking the milk, closing its eyes, after the milk got over the cat moved up, and when Geet went to catch it, and it started running, and Geet too ran behind it, Geet didn't see where she was going but was running towards the cat but after sometimes the Cat was missing from her eyes and she was stopped by an wall, "what did it go" Geet thought,

And when Geet turned back , She then realized that she had walked an long way into the right wing of the Mansion, where she never had been, she almost felt lost, Geet then started walking back and realized, that the place was dirty actually, dirty and Khurana mansion, Geet thought shocked, once in a week an big troop will come to clean the whole Mansion up, and everyday Nakul makes sure that all the rooms are clean, then why is this part of the house dirty,

She can see her foot prints on the dusty floor, suddenly she hear an sound from one of the locked room, "the cat" Geet thought and went towards the room and opened it up, and she stood stunt, it was an big room, and also was not cleaned up, there was an big king size bed there, and the room was decorated with many items, and an huge chandelier hanging up, there was an proper soft set on the corner and an big rack full of books, and most of all, the thing that hit Geet's eyes was an big portrait of an lady, but it was no clear with all the dirt covering it,

Geet then looked around and found the Bath room there and went inside it and the Bath room was also nothing normal, it was big with an inbuilt bath tub, which looked like an mini pool and there was more space inside the bathroom, Geet then turned the tap and smiled big as the water was coming up, Geet then took her dupatta and wetted it up as she had no other cloth and went to the room and pulled an chair and climbed on it and on to the table, to reach the top of the portrait and she started clearing it up,

Geet then jumped down as she cleaned the portrait and stood silently there looking at the lady smiling inside the portrait, she was one beautiful women Geet had even seen in her life, her beauty was scream even from the portrait, she had such an glowing face, and those big black mesmerizing eyes was soul capturing, and it also held the same powerful gaze of Maan, her perfect lips was curve with an smile, angels would die up for it, and her attire was making her gorgeousness,

With an light pink silk Saree and perfectly arranged jewels and her free hair flowing down her waist, she looked more of an goddess, Geet can also feel the kindness and the softness from her look , there was so much of love, it didn't take much time for Geet to guess it's Maan's Mother, Geet now knew where Maan got his beauty from, but one thing confused her, if it's his Mother's room, why is it like this, Geet then come out and walked away, thanks god for her foot prints on the dirt making her go back without getting herself lost,

As Geet reached to her room, she pulled another dupatta over her and rushed to the Kitchen, and held Nakul's hand and pulled him with her, and Nakul too walked with her looking puzzled, but his reaction change as she took him to the deep end of the right wing and into the room, she discovered, "Geet ji, you really shouldn't be here, Maan sir would not like this, we are not suppose to come here, no one's allowed" Nakul freaked out, and Geet pointed towards the portrait there, and she can see the tears hugging in Nakul's eyes,

"Rani maa, Maan sir mother," he said looking at the portrait crying and then he hurriedly wiped his tears and pulled Geet from the room and locked it up, "Geet ji, please, don't ever come back here again, if Maan sir knows this, he will be hell angry, and also don't ask anything about this, please," Nakul begged her as he walked her away, "Maan sir doesn't like anyone going there," Nakul said, but Geet was totally confused, "what happened, Kaka, why is Geet ji upset" Rahul asked when he saw them,

"Oh, Geet ji, went deep into the right wing" Nakul said, "Oh God" Rahul said holding his cheeks, "Thank god, Maan sir was not here, you know Geet ji, when I was new here, I accidently went to the right wing and like an stupid went to Maan sir to complain that the right wing is not cleaned, and that all, he just slapped me high, that his five finger made its mark on my face and was there for an long time and I fell into fever for an week, but it was not from him slap but from seeing his anger, I thought I will die, uff, never saw him so angry like that," Rahul said holding himself,

Geet signed why and Nakul looked down, "Please Geet ji, don't ask" he said and went away, "Geet ji, me too had asked him so many times, but no, he is not opening his mouth, that side of the Mansion is an mystery just like our Maan sir, don't know what secret it holds inside themselves" Rahul said and Geet too wondered the same,

It was around 10.00 when Maan came home, and Geet was still in her confused state, she couldn't get that beautiful face from her mind, Maan got confused with Geet's reaction, there was no cheerful smile in her lips, instead she was giving him an small grin, and she walked up to the dining table and started arranging the food, "is she still upset on me going to the office today" Maan thought as he looked at Geet, who was silently serving him, "Geet, you too eat" Maan said,

Geet too took her plate and served herself and started eating, as she was eating she looked at Maan, her heart itched to ask about his mother but Rahul's experience stopped her and she kept starting at Maan, and Maan to noticed that, "What, need to say something" Maan asked and Geet nodded a no, and after Maan finished his dinner and went to his room, later Geet came to Maan's room and saw him drinking but she didn't say anything, she looked at him puzzled, "why in the world someone would keep his mother's room like that, not only the room the whole area"

Geet was thinking as she was staring at him and Maan signed, what and Geet nodded up nothing and went away, Maan was drinking up and stopped up when he completed one bottle and went and hit his bed, but he couldn't sleep, he was feeling uncomfortable, he was missing something, he turned around and around but couldn't sleep, there was no pain but there was no comfort too, he was missing the warmth of Geet near him, last two nights Maan was holding her close and it made him sleep peacefully,

He felt addicted to that closeness, Maan stood up from the bed, but his drug made him dizzy, Maan shock his head and walked up towards Geet's room, Maan as reached Geet's room, he saw Geet was sleeping showing her back to him, Maan slowly went and climbed on her bed and laid beside her and hovered up and looked at her, her cute baby face gave him an smile, and he slowly caressing her hair, and put his hand around her and held her hand tight, pulling himself close to her,

Maan's alcohol mixed breath made Geet's sleep vanish up and Geet slightly opened her eyes and she knew Maan was the one holding her and she slowly turned to look at him, his eyes showed his drank state and also there was an smile in his lips, "Geet, can I sleep here with you" Maan asked slowly with his drunk husky voice, looking at her face, Geet just pulled Maan's hand close to her and turned around, holding it under her cheeks, Maan took that as her yes and slept close to her, holding her,

Geet slowly opened her eyes in the late night and realized that Maan was still holding her and she sensed his swift steady breathe behind her back, Geet slowly moved from his hold and try to turn around and get away from his tight hold, and she managed to turn back, but Maan didn't move, he moved her more close to him, Geet was now facing the roof, while Maan was snuggling his face into her neck, and now his hands held her waist tightly, Geet felt trapped, she looked at him, his hot breathe was making her shiver and her sleep was fully gone,

His strong hold around her waist making her tremble, he was so close to her physically and Geet can feel an shiver inside her, she held Maan's hand and try to removed it from her waist but the more she try to get away the more he pulled her close, "in what I had been trapped myself into now, it doesn't seem so right, but I couldn't deny him either, it might hurt him, and why should I deny him, what's wrong, he loves to sleep near me and I too like it and also he is not doing anything, he is just sleeping, he never had any wrong intension,"

"But what if he had any in the future, then what will I do, give up to his wises, no, I can't do that, it will spoil his future, one day or another I have to leave him, so what, anyways I am going to leave him, until then, can't I fulfill all his wishes and make him happy, but it will bring him more pain," Geet was fighting with her mind and suddenly Maan signed and Geet's hands automatically started to caress his hair and rub his strong arms, comforting him and making him sleep peacefully, one thing was sure, she loved him more than she think she is,
And she was not ashamed of it, she then held Maan's arms, "I may not be yours but you will always be mine" Geet thought as she held Maan back and slept off,

Morning Maan was the one to get up early and he was shocked to see Geet sleeping in his embarrass, Maan tried to remember the last night and he remember him coming to Geet's room and sleep with her, "Damn, what have I done, and Geet too let me sleep in her room, should I take it as her trust or her selfless love, seriously, does she love me that much" Maan thought, as he looked at her, and Geet too slowly got up and saw she was lying on Maan and Maan was already awake and looking at her,

Geet got up and Maan looked at her puzzled, her messy hair was falling on her face distracting Maan's stare and he too got up and touched the hair and pushed it behind her ears making Geet to breathe high, "Geet, why did you allowed me to sleep here yesterday" Maan asked and Geet signed he only asked her, "so, if I ask you, you would do anything" Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes without thinking, Maan then held her neck with his one hand and pulled her towards him freaking her a bit,

"Why" Maan asked and Geet looked at his eyes, which was looking deep inside her eyes, searching something deep inside her soul, "Why, Because I saved you once" Maan asked finally and Geet nodded a no, "Then" Maan asked and she pulled away from his hold and looked at him and again signed "for his happiness", Maan now held her by her shoulder, "why does my happiness counts so much for you" Maan asked and Geet signed "his happiness makes her happy", Maan left her shoulders and turned around,

Geet was staring at Maan who was looking away thinking something, "you like me so much, don't you" Maan asked suddenly and turned to look at Geet, who was a bit shocked by the direct question, "yes or no" Maan asked again and Geet nodded an yes, "why, because I have any big house and lots of money" Maan asked and Geet nodded an no immediately, "Then" Maan asked and Geet signed saying he has an good heart, "Heart, good heart" Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes, "people say I don't have any heart, and you" Maan said grinning up,

But there was an Pain in it and Geet held his shoulders, and signed him not to feel sad, Maan looked at her amazed, she actually saw the pain inside his smile, he felt that he finally found someone in front of whom he didn't need to fake up an smile or anger, Maan then smiled up genuinely and Geet too smiled big, Maan then got down from the bed and Geet too got down, "Freshen up and bring my Coffee" Maan said slowly and Geet nodded up with an big smiled and rushed up and got refreshed up, went to the Kitchen and made Maan's coffee and came back's room,

Maan had the coffee and drink it up, "Geet, today I am going to an party tonight, so will be late, don't wait for me, eat up, I will have my dinner in the party" Maan said and Geet too nodded an yes, but she looked bit upset, "don't worry, will be back as soon as possible" Maan said as he held her cheeks slight caressing it and Geet smiled up seeing his smiling eyes and love filled touch making her blush, then Maan had his breakfast and went away, as Geet waved an bye to him, and she smiled big as she had seen Maan's new soft side now.
