consult a good doctor dear and do not worry.
I am not aware of the things you mentioned but changing into a healthy lifestyle like proper diet, sleep, exercise or yoga (not excessive exercise or yoga, only few minutes per day) can help...but all this ONLY as per the advice and instructions given by the doctor. The doctor only can suggest suitable and effective course for you.

Dear, I am 25 and I have been facing similar problems since am 19 because of severe migraine. But am not sure if what you have is same thing or not. I would suggest to visit a good doctor for a proper check up and first of all stop stressing as it would increase your issues.
