Geet's eyes fell on the place where the idol of Lord Shiv with Goddess Parvati was placed..and she noticed that some preparations were going on and it seemed that someone was going to marry there.
Geet-Maan it seems that someone is going to marry here..
Maan-Haan..I too think so... some one was saying that this temple has a very high value in the hearts of local people..they say anyone get married here is tied in a very strong tie for the next all births too...
Geet-Really? That's great..
Maan-Yes..let's go from here...He asked someone there about the priest of the temple and that person signaled at an old man..Maan went near him with Geet and said after wishing him-I m Maan Singh Khurana..I talked you last night..
The Priest-Oh yes..everything is ready my son...come with me..and he took both of them where the preparations were going on and asked one man-Ho gaya sab kuchh? and he said that everything was done..
Geet was looking everything silently till now but when priest brought them there she got confused.and looked at Maan with questioning eyes by holding his hand..
Maan patted her hand and said-Geet these preparations are for us..We are going to marry here..and Geet's eyes became wider with shock surprise and joy- . Her eyes started to twinkle with happiness-But when did you plan this and why did you not tell me?
Maan-Because I wanted to see this expression on your face Geet and this is my first surprise of the day for you..
The word surprise made her remember something..Her hands got cold with the name of surprise..
Geet-What do you mean Maan? I did not get this..Her heart raced little faster
Maan-Geet calm down... Nothing special ...as I told you earlier... this place is very auspicious for the couple who get marry here.They ger tied for all there coming births too if they marry here So I thought to get marry here..I did not tell you as I wanted to surprise you ..
Geet-Maan..Why this surprise?..Mujhe darr lag raha hai..ye surprise kyun aur kisliye?
and Maan kept his finger on her lips-Shhh..I said that I have few surprises for you today .and why are you scared Geet?Didn't you want to marry like this in front of the God? yahaan ab koi nahin rokega hame ..main hoon na ..Don't you have trust on me? Bharosa hai na mujh par? And he touched his palm on her face assuring that nothing is wrong there
Geet stared at him and nodded her head without uttering a word..
The priest asked them to sit down..
Geet looked at Maan .. Her heart was beating fast and she did not know why bshe was scared with the name of surprise...Maan knew that she was little lost as she was not believing whatever was happening with her.. Maan held her hand and brought near that place and made her sit there..he blinked his eyes at her to make her assure ...
Geet sat and Maan too sat beside her..and Priest started to chant the mantras..
He asked them to start the ritual by praying to God for making their marriage successful.and they did the puja as Priest instructed them..
And then the ritual for marriage started ..
Priest asked Geet to put her and in Maan's and and both brought their hands ahead..Mehandi in both palms was stll there..though it got little faded..
Geet put her hand on Maan's hand and priest put some flowers and rice in their hands and after chanting some mantras he asked them to put those things in the holy fire..and they did the same..
After that puja Priest ask Maan to put sindoor in her partition and Maan took a pinch of sindoor from the box and filled in Geet's maang..
Maan had already made him clear that they wanted to revive the rituals of marriage which were related to them ..so Priest did not ask for kanyadaan or any other ritual..
Gee too was looking at him only as if she was still not believing that her dream was going to be true..she was getting married to Maan in front of God as per her wish..She closed her eyes to feel that moment
While removing his hand from her forehead he caressed her cheek a little to bring back her in reality..Geet opened her eyes and looked at him..he was smiling ...Geet too smiled and came to sense that it was all happening in real..
Priest then said Maan to put Mangalsutra around Geet's neck...
Maan took the mangalsutra in his both hand and looked at geet she too was looking at him..She could see Love oozing out of Maan's eyes ..Her eyes too were filled with love and emotions..
Maan tied the mangalsutra around her neck..
Last time when Ram called them back from the temple she got scared ant thought that God did not want her to get that happiness but she was wrong..God was too kind to them ..May be he wanted to bring them little more closer to him to tie them in that sacred relation..That's why they were there on the top of the hill little more close to God..
Now it was the time for the last but the most important ritual..
They were asked to get up for the seven rounds around the sacred fire..They got up and The Priest asked Maan to walk ahead of Geet for the first four rounds..and Maan moved ahead of Geet..while moving ahead he brought his hand behind him and held Geets hand in his..'
He turned back while holding her hand and found Geet staring at him only..a soft smile crept on his lips..Geet was living that dream live at that time..Both did not know when they completed four rounds.. they did not need to listen what priest was chanting or telling about the sacred rounds..Both got their senses back when the priest asked Geet to take lead from there for next three rounds..and Geet this time was ahead of Maan and she too held Maan's hand..and again both completed their rounds with hand in hand and eyes in eyes...
The rituals were over and Priest asked them to take the blessings of God and they both bent their heads infront of the idols of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati...
after that they took the blessing of the priest too and he blessed them for having a cheerful married lifeand after blessing them he left from there..Geet and Maan were alone there..Geet looked at maan who was looking at her only...and Geet came near him and hugged him tightly

He too reciprocated to her hug and hugged her back with Love..Geet stayed like that for few moments and then lifted her face from his chest-Thank u Maan..
Maan-Happy?
Geet-Very much and she again put her head on his chest.
.Maan carrassed her back while kissing on her hair and said-Geet I think we should go now..it will be dark till we get down,..
Geet parted away from him..Maan took out some Money from his pocket and asked Geet to touch that and both together dropped that in the donation box of the temple..one more time they bent their heads in front of God and both started their Journey back on the horse...
The time they reached their hotel it was night and Maan took Geet for dinner first.. While having dinner Geet noticed that Maan was silent..
Geet-Maan kya hua..why are you so silent ?
Actually she was finding it little strange that they got married today and Maan who never left a chance to tease her was sitting silent..
Maan looked at her and said with a smile-Kuch nahin..
Geet-Are you sure?
Maan looked here and there..and found that they were sitting at the corner table and light was very dim in the dining hall..He brought his face near Geet and kissed on her cheek..
Geet looked around her-Maan what are you doing?
Maan-Now I think you know that I m fine or I need to give a bigger assurance ? Saying this he eyed on her lips
Geet noticed where his eyes were and she hit him with her fist and pushed him little away from her..Her face turned red with his daring act of kissing her there in the dining hall..
Maan then brought a spoon full of food near her mouth and Geet opened her mouth to take that in..and then Geet too fed him with her hands..
Maan knew that well that it was very easy to distract Geet. Maan found Geet relaxed but his mind was still having some thoughts running in it as he knew that coming moments were going to be tough for Geet.. He did not even tease her or say a word for their wedding night..The night which they were waiting for to come from long..and he was going to make his Geet disturbed on their precious night
He was actually little scared too for her.He did not know how she was going to take it..He did not know that whatever he was going to do was right or not.. But from his point of view it was needed as Geet needed to be free from her past and His brother needed to get justice which he deserved to get. Though his own heart was feeling some heaviness as he was going Geet to put in some tough situation just after their wedding but he knew that he would handle her well. He was aware of Geet very well..and some where he was confident too that he would not let Geet break after knowing everything. He had no other option as he wanted to make her heart clear from every mist of confusion or doubt for his brother. And for that she needed to feel the . Yash was his brother first for him and was Geet's husband later.. Yash was not there to tell his side so it was his duty now to tell Geet that how yash felt for her..
They finished their dinner and proceed towards their room...
