Part 8 I did not like Ronan kissing Geet, otherwise nice update.

Geet dint see Maan for three days. LOL. And there Ronon lies about his black eye which Geet totally suspects has to do something with Maan.

He continued sending her gifts and letters which slowly started to weaken her resolve but still she ends up checking the gifts and reading the letters.

But this time the letter was totally heart wrenching. I so felt for the little girl who died the worse death cos of her father's deeds. The worse was Maan had started to love her to lose her in the most painful way. He had definifely grown so fond of her, so much that he wished to have his own daughter when for him handling baby girls was not his thing and was never fond of them. I can totally imagine what those 7 days must have done to him. What impact the horrible incident must have left on him.

Coming to Geet, I totally understand her feelings and thoughts right now. She had loved the guy with all her heart and he had broken it. So it is very tough for her as well. But now that he has so sweetly tried and asked for it, made an effort, the guy does deserve it.

Her way of approaching him and giving him the chance to first convince her to give him another chance said she isnt just ready to trust him blindly this time and risk her heart to be broken yet again. She indeed isnt the same teenager anymore to make the same mistake.

Maan is definitely happy getting some positive response from her. And he starts to convince her right away by asking for a coffee. Smart guy.

And then she found herself enjoying his company so much that she dint wanted to leave.

Cant wait to see what Maan does in this 2 weeks now.

Update was emotional, specially the letter. But at the end it was lovely. Enjoyed it.

Seven years earlier, I left something very dear to me. Sketching. Pencil portraits to be specific. Somehow, after reading about his warrior princess, and the little unguarded moment when she was holding onto his leg like a monkey, I felt like going back to my old mates and sketch that portrait.
