Plus slept in the noon!
Even I am like you! Hate shopping! When i was a kid, each one of us would discuss and make a plan before diwali about what types of clothes we want and if that is not available, what will be our backup plan. Even color and style used to be decided and even backup plans had backup plans. Then we went shopping armed with the general idea of exactly what we want. Go to one shop, describe what we want, not there, describe the back up dress we planned. We only went to another shop when they did not even have our backup clothes!😆 All three people's shopping done in half hour!
But if anytime by chance I have no idea what I want, they we are doomed. Two to three hours in one single shop searching for something perfect. And if I did not get it, hunt in the next shop!😆 You know few days before my cuz's wedding my aunt took me saree shopping. Now my mom was here and not with me there and I did not get any warning for the shopping and plus it was the first time I was to choose a saree as till then i lifted one of my fav saree from my mom's collection. And the one saree which was mine was a gift from dad which he chose. So no mom to help, no time to have an idea about what I want, and first time so I did not what are the pitfalls i should avoid. And best of all, I did not even have time to research on internet coz the last moment advice found on internet might have helped, atleast a little. And the result, three hours spent in Saree shop with my aunt and cuz hunting for perfect saree. Luckily, i atleast remembered the colors that dont suit me and was able to reject those sarees.
And funnily, they tried to tie the saree on me, to see how i looked but due to my dull face and big specs I looked way too horrible! (I usually remove my specs and brighten my face when shopping for party clothes as generally i do make up and wear lens for functions and all)
