"Geet di" Rachi came up to Geet's room and stopped short seeing Geet standing in the balcony looking out, "Geet di" Rachi called and Geet turned and looked at her and came inside her room, "What's wrong Geet di" Rachi asked as she saw Geet's upset face, "Did maa said something" Rachi asked worried, "No Rachi, no one said nothing, but was just thinking of Maan" Geet said, "What about him" Rachi asked, Geet pulled her up and made her sit on the bed and she too sat near her,
"Don't know Rachi, I am scared" Geet said and Rachi looked at her puzzled, "but why" She asked still confused, "Oh, Yesterday Maan's papa came to our house na, and Dev ji too was there and everyone told about our Marriage and engagement and mama and papa was saying how happy I am now, and I was also smiling na, so he would have thought I am happy" Geet said nervously, "so what" Rachi asked, "Oh, he would have said everything to Maan"
"And don't know what he would be thinking now, already he is a short tempered guy and I am scared what if he thinks something else, now can't meet him too, Baba ji, Rachi, really don't know how will I meet him and explain," Geet said holding her head, "Geet di" Rachi started up, "Geet, Rachi, are you girls ready, look Dev ji and his family came" Geet's mom's voice came up, "Coming" Rachi shouted, "Now Can't speak anything Geet di, after coming from Golden temple, will decided something, come on" Rachi said and Geet too nodded and went with her,

Maan got ready and stepped out of his house, his anger and confusion was still ruling his mind, "Today, whatever happens, I will not come home before talking to Geet, I want to know the truth" Maan said to himself and jumped into his jeep, "But where to meet her" He thought and decided to go to the Handa Mansion, as Maan drove near the Mansion, he saw Breej's jeep coming out of the big gate and he saw Geet, Rachi and Geet's mom and dad in it, and behind Breej's jeep, came another one which was driven by Dev and had two ladies in that,
Maan thought for a second and started following the Jeep, Breej's jeep stopped before the golden temple and so as Dev's and Maan too stopped his jeep a bit away, Maan saw that only Geet, Rachi and Geet's mom and dad got down the jeep and Breej waved his hand to Dev and his family and drove away, "Hmm, looks like he came to drop them" Maan thought, "Good, now, there is no problem at all," Maan thought and walked towards them,
Dev's eyes fell on Maan who was walking towards them, he then looked at Geet who was standing with Rachi and her mom, and went near her and held her hand, "Geet, come on, let's game up, who will reach inside the temple first," Dev said suddenly, "No no," Geet refused, "Come on, now Breej too is not here, and I am sure mummy ji and papa will not say anything, right" He asked looking at Geet's mom and dad lovingly, "sure, no problem, you guys have fun" Geet's papa said, "but if you are afraid to compete, it's ok, I understand" Dev said looking at Geet with a grin,
"Afraid, me, no way, come on," Geet said tying her dupatta tight around her waist, "Ok, Mama, Mummy ji, you are the judge, and no cheating" Dev said and they nodded up, "Ok, ready, steady and go" Dev shouted and started to run and Geet too run up, while their family walked up on the steps, "Still kids," they commented and laughed up and they didn't see someone following them with a anger burning eyes and soul, as they reached the top, they saw Dev and Geet arguing, "I am first, no I am, no I am" Geet and Dev was fighting like kids,
"Oh, oh, oh, Dev ji, Geet, silence," Geet's dad said, and they both turned silent, "papa, Geet is cheating," Dev said, "what, no papa, it's him" Geet shouted, "Geet, what did I tell you, he is your future husband, speak with some respect" Geet's mom yelled up, "Sorry," Geet said with a baby face, "mummy ji, let her na, in Canada, husband and wife will call each other by names only and also, husband and wife relationship should be based on love and not on mere respect" Dev said, and Geet mom and dad almost cried up,
"Oh, how lucky is our Geet to get an guy like you, always be blessed, dear" they blessed him, "Ok, Geet, Rachi, be here, me and Dev ji will go inside and pray up" Geet's dad said and they went away, "Geet, no naughtiness" Dev said as he went up, and Geet scorned at him and everyone laughed up and Geet turned to her women's gang and was talking up, Rachi looked around and suddenly saw Maan standing there and smiled big at him, and Maan signed her to come near him,
Rachi looked around and saw everyone are busy and so she slowly stepped back, "Maan ji," she said with a big smiled, "How are you Rachi" he asked up, "Good" she said with a big smiled, "Rachi, I need to talk to your sister now" Maan said, "Now," Rachi asked shocked, "yes, I will wait outside, bring her somehow out of the temple" Maan said, and Rachi nodded an yes, thinking of Geet too, who wanted to talk with Maan badly, Maan then walked out,
Rachi went near her gang and slowly joined up, "Geet di, come on lets go and round this place up," Rachi said, "Rachi but" Geet started, "Come on di" Rachi pleaded up, "Geet, she is willing na, go with her, but ah, do come back soon, ok" Geet's mom said and Rachi smiled big and pulled Geet away, "Rachi, what is this" Geet asked surprised with Rachi's suddenly changed behavior, "Geet di, come with me" Rachi said as she pulled her out of the temple, "Rachi, you said, you need to look around the temple and" Geet asked confused,
"Oh, Geet di, keep quiet for a second," Rachi said as she dragged out Geet successfully out of the temple and looked around and saw Maan standing near his jeep, and Maan too saw them and walked up, "Geet di, look" Rachi said signing Geet to look at the direction Maan's coming up, making her eyes widen up, "Maan," Geet said shocked, "Maan ji, Geet di" Rachi said to Maan, "Thank you Rachi, you go and wait for your sister near the entrance, I have something to talk with her, alone" Maan said controlling his anger but his serious tone send a shiver down her soul, "No, I mean, everyone are" Geet started and Maan held her wrist and pulled her up and walked towards his jeep,
"Maan," Geet stopped up as she reached his jeep, "Maan, what are you doing, someone might see us here" Geet said trying to get away from his hold, Maan stopped and looked at her, his anger still burning his mind, "Why, what if someone see's us, oh, whether you are worried about your new found happy life" Maan asked and Geet understood he had misunderstood her and she knew it wasn't his fault too, anybody will come to this conclusion only, Geet thought and relaxed herself, and decided not to argue but to make Maan understand,
"What happened, why are you silent now, you would always have an answer with you right, now what happened" Maan yelled up, "Maan, please, not here" Geet said soft and it only increased Maan's anger, yet he pulled her away from there to a place where there was no one, "Now, ok," Maan asked, "Maan," Geet started, "Why Geet, why" Maan asked his anger boiling up, "Maan, Oh" Geet started up slowly with her innocent face, "let me explain" Geet said, "Enough Geet, enough. All I wanted to ask is why, why did you do this to me, and how could you, what harm did I do to you" Maan yelled up but Geet can see his pain,
"Maan, listen to me," Geet pleaded, "What is there to listen," Maan hovered up, "what else is there to listen up, I loved you more than anything in this world and you, how could you, how could you Geet, I hate you Geet, I hate you" Maan shouted up, "Maan, trust me" Geet pleaded again, "How, how, how to trust you, I didn't believe even when my papa told me, but after what I saw with my own eyes, you enjoying with that guy" Maan yelled and Geet looked at Maan, out of words, "I know, I am not as rich as that guy or an doctor, or from aboard, but if you only need those things, why did you," Maan stopped and looked down, and Geet's eyes filled up, "Maan, please, it's not true what you see" Geet said,
"Yes, it's not true what I saw in you before, what I saw in these eyes, in this face, I thought it was love, but I was an fool," Maan roared up, "Enough Maan, what should I do to make you believe me and listen to me" Geet asked finally and Maan held her arms and pulled her close, "I am not an fool to believe you nor trust you again, I just came here to tell you, one thing, I hate you, I hate you, understood, get out of my life, don't you dare show you face again" Maan said between his teeth "now you will have no problem, go and enjoy your new life," Maan asked and dragged Geet up and pushed her away, "go, have fun and leave me alone" Maan said and turned around,
Geet looked at him, "ok, I will leave you alone, happy" Geet said and Maan looked at her and she turned around and walked up, Geet went near the road and stopped up and looked at Maan, who was still starring at her, "May be I am rude, I should listen to her side too," Maan thought and turned around and saw an van coming up fast, and Geet walking towards the road, Maan heart started to beat high, he saw the van closing up to her, "Geet" Maan shouted and rushed towards her, and with an inch gap, Maan grabbed Geet by her waist and pulled her away from there, and pulled her up, "What are hell are you doing" Maan yelled up,
"What else will I do," Geet too shouted up, Geet then suddenly grabbed Maan's shirt around his chest, shocking Maan a bit, "what else will I do, when the person, whom I love more than my life is not ready to believe me, trust me, what will I do" Geet shouted crying up and sat on the ground on her knees and cried up broken up, Maan couldn't hold up his anger for her any more, he too kneed up and held Geet tight into his hold, "Shh, enough, don't cry, don't cry, please, shhh," Maan said as he hugged her tight, "you won't believe me nor trust me, then why should I live" Geet said weeping up, "No, Geet, no, don't speak like that, you have to live for me, for me"
Maan they slowly pulled her from his hold and wiped her tears, "Geet, I believe you and trust you too, if not you, who else will I believe and trust, I was just anger and I said that come to mind, don't you know how much I love you, ah, and don't you know my anger will vanish up soon, how can I be angry with you, ah," Maan said holding her face and Geet looked at him with her tear filled eyes, "and don't you know how much I love you" Geet asked a bit of anger peeping up, "ofcourse, I know, or else would you risk your life, and come to see me at night, all alone, cheating your so called guardian brother"
Geet looked at Maan, who was now grinning up, "Maan," Geet said and stood up, and Maan too got up, "Come on" Geet said and held his hand and pulled him towards a big tree and went and stood behind it and looked around and breathed in relief as no one was there and wiped her tears away, "Maan, atleast now listen to me" Geet said and Maan suddenly hugged her up tight, "Maan," Geet freaked out, "Will listen, only if you tell me everything when you are in my hold" Maan said strongly, Geet try to free from his hold, but no use, so she too hugged him back,
"Ok, whatever is going on in our house, the rituals, engagement, everything is a drama" Geet said laying close to his chest, "what" Maan asked and Geet said everything that happened and also Dev decision, Maan the pulled her from his hold, "Geet, Dev know about me" Maan asked and Geet nodded a yes, "Then why didn't he tell me, when we met in the bazaar, even after introducing me" Maan asked, "you met him," Geet asked and Maan nodded up and said about his and Dev's meeting in the bazaar,
"Maybe he must have forgotten your name nor Veer ji's friends must have been there," Geet said and Maan nodded up, "Anyways, I am not happy with your plan Geet, it's like running around your head to touch your nose," Maan said, "let me tell my dad and I am sure he will understand and we will come and asked for your hand, and after that whatever happens can happen, that's good" Maan said, "Maan, understand, if you do so, my parents and my family will marry me to Dev the next day even and send us to Canada," Geet said holding Maan's hands,
"But Dev knows about us, how will he marry you," Maan asked, "because, even if Dev's family knew the true, they will not go against Dhar ji, and force him too to marry me" Geet said and Maan was not feeling good with the idea of faking up, "Maan, please, just a two to three days, then Dev will go away to Canada along with his family and from there he will say an no, and by then everyone would have known about our engagement, and my family will be forced to marry me to someone, and at that time if your papa came up with our marriage proposal na, my family will happily marry me to you,"
Maan looked at Geet's big smile and held her face, "Geet, the plan is good, but it's not feeling right" Maan said, "that Dev, he is" Maan said thinking about his behavior, "You better stay a bit away from him," Maan warned up and Geet smiled up, "Someone's jealous" Geet said with a smile, "Jealous, me, no way" Maan said looking away, "Yes, you only said, he is rich, he is from Canada, he is handsome" Geet said and Maan scorned at her, "when did I say he is handsome" Maan asked, "ok you didn't, but he is na, you know, his sister told me, that in Canada, girls go crazy for him,"
"They why did he come here to marry an crazy girl like you" Maan commented making Geet pout up, "You are jealous that girls are crazy for him and not you" Geet said "oh really," Maan asked, "Rab ji, please, now I know it's too late to ask, but atleast in my next birth, please make me born in a richest family and make that each and every girl in the world could get crazy over me, and then let me see then how this girl feels" Maan prayed, "Ah, ah, Baba ji is your friend ah, will give him everything you asked for" Geet said with a naughty grin,
"why won't he, sure he will, and ah, then you will burn in jealousy seeing me with beautiful girls in my arms," Maan said proudly and Geet pulled Maan close to her grabbing his shirt, "may there be girls around you who is million times beautiful than me, but you can't even think of loving them, because this hands will only hold me, neither it be this life, or next life, every life you have your heart can only love me and not even get close to anyone else" Geet said, and Maan pushed her to the tree and leaned even more close to her, their hearts beating in an super fast speed,
"Who is going to stop me," Maan asked looking at her golden gaze shining at him, "My Love" Geet said staring right back into his black mesmerizing eyes, "Geet, I Hate You" Maan said slowly as he leaned close to her, making her cheeks burning with his hot breathe, "I hate you too" Geet whispered and Maan leaned more closer, and with a few inches left between their lips, Geet pushed Maan away and smiled and blushed and run away, "And ah, don't forget to come to my engagement function tomorrow" Geet shouted as she run away,
"Hmmm, great, for the first time, an girl is calling her own lover to attend her engagement function with another guy, what kind of Girl is she, I hate this girl" Maan said and went away,
