Geet reached KC nd Maan reached KM ,, Dadima asked about Geet nd he replied that Dev wd handle d meeting nd He told him to be careful ,, he called Nakul nd told him to pack his bag ,, Dadima nd he took their lunch nd he left for Airport .

There in KC Geet met Arjun in d visiting room nd then they went for d meeting in conference room ,, Arjun nd Geet exchange a look nd entered there ,, All wr present there except Maan ,, Dev was d head of d meeting nd NT was sitting near him ,, Dev welcomed both of them nd all wished to them ,, Geet was impressed with d improvement specially D&N , though NT's expressions wr showing lil attitude but things wr easy to bear for Geet .

Sasha showed d plans on projector with d changes ,, Geet nd Aj discussed nd finalized among them with required small changes ,, everything was fine nd finalized ,,, Aj told Dev that after few days he was going to Nainital nd visit d site ,, after lil gen talk Geet nd Aj took their leave ,, they wr in d car nd both had d same Q where was Maan nd why he didn't come in Meeting ?

Aj: Geet , why MSK avoided d meeting ?

Geet: pata nahi ,, busy honge ,, aaj business tour per bhi jana tha , Dadima ko puchti hu.

She called Dadima nd asked about her lunch nd med ,, Dadima made her sure that she took her lunch with Maan, then her med too nd Maan had left for airport ,, she asked about d meeting nd Geet told that all went well which eased Dadima ,, they cut d call nd Geet fed Aj about d fact why Maan was not there ,, they reached insti nd got busy in their respective works ,, Aj was going Nainital for few days so had to finish all d works related to his all 3 branches.

2 days passed , Dev & NT went back to Nainital nd Aj too with Annie ,, his Dadi was already there ,, there wr few holidays in d coming week so insti was also closed for them , means less work for Geet too .

That was a pleasant Sunday morning nd Geet was enjoying her tea with Dadima when Dadima's words shook her .

Dadima: Geet beta tumhara 1^st Karwachouth aane wala hei , aap apne liye shopping nahi karogi ?

Geet: Karwachouth ?

Dadima: haan , ab to tum Annie ke sath mkt jati ho to pata hei sab,, aap apne liye kuch acchi si dresses le aao aur ready karwa lo time se ,, Diwali bhi aa rahi hei , aapko kafi new dresses chahiye aur ho sake to Maan ke liye bhi.

Geet: new dresses ,, aur Maan ke liye mai kaise ?

Dadima : beta hum jyada mrkt nahi ghoom sakty , bada tiring hei ,, hum ek din waise bhi jana hei festival ki shopping ke liye ,, daily nahi ja sakty .

Geet: lekin mai kya lu ,, mujhe kuch idea to do .

Dadima : kuch heavy suits , saree aur main pooja ke liye pyaara sa lahanga ready kerwa lo .

Geet was in a fix ,, she cdn't deny Dadima ,, on d name of KC her heart sunk ,, she nd Maan didn't have any relation then what was d use of this fast ? He loves some one , devoted to her then how cd she think for him nd what she wished for him ?

Dadima: jyada soco matt , time kam hei ,, dresses aane ke baad matching jewellery lene hum aapkesath challenge .

Geet: nahi Dadima , mujhe jewellery nahi chahiye .

Dadima: are wah kun ahi chahiye ? aapka pahala KC hei beta khub dhoomdhaam se celebrate karenge ,, NT ka bhi yahan 1^st hei usse bhi bulayenge .

Reluctantly Geet agreed nd decided to go in d afternoon to L***** N**** mrkt ,, she finished some work nd got ready ,, took her lunch with Dadima nd said that she was going to L N mrkt ,, dadima told her to take her car but Geet refused that saying that d ares was crowded nd there was parking prob so she took cab .

Geet took a cab nd went to mrkt ,, she came there with Annie nd knew few good shops where she cd get clothes of her choice ,, it was festival nd marriage time nd d mrkt nd shops wr very crowded ,, she hardly choose a lahanga nd 2 suits ,, it was getting dark so she paid nd came out from d shop ,, she was walking on d footpath to come on d main road to catch a cab nd whole area shook with a loud sound ,, everyone stopped at their places froze nd shocked soon after there was a situation like stampede ,, all wr running here nd there pushing each other ,, ppl wr screaming , shouting ,, Geet came in sense nd looked back ,, there was smoke in d air ,, flames wr visible lil away from there few ppl pushed her nd she bang with a pole ,, she held that tightly for support ,, she was looking at that side with wide eyes nd thudding heart ,, ppl wr running from there shouting about blast ,, there was chaos all around ,, she was trembling with fear hearing bomb blast ,, she didn't move from her place ,, stood there holding d pole tightly ,, her body was trembling nd d sight in front of her horrified her.

In few min many police vans nd zypsys wr there followed by firebrigads ,, then police stated their work ,, they started to evacuate d area nd forcing public to go away from there ,, sized d whole area ,,when crowed scattered a lil d sight of d main blast place horrified Geet to no extant ,,, a lady police shook her nd told her to go from there ,, Geet dragged herself nd started moving from there but she didn't know where was she going ,, there was so much rush nd ppl pushing each other ,, she lost d track nd went on other road ,, buses wr over crowded nd ppl wr hanging on doors ,, she didn't know where to go d bus stop nd roads wr packed with traffic ,, she started to move by walk to find a safe nd less crowded place to catch any cab aur auto but all wr packed nd coz of road blocking nd heavy checking there wr no cab nd auto near by ,, lots of ppl wr going by walk helplessly ,, hr passed nd Geet was there only lil away from there .

Dadima was watching TV nd she got d breaking news about d blast in d mrkt ,, not only that there was serial blast in d city ,, there wr two more places ,, whole city was shook nd all wr in shock ,, many roads wr closed nd there was terror in d city * Dadima held her heart seeing that nd whispered ... G e e t .

Maan was at Delhi Airport that time ,, he was back from nd his driver was waiting for him ,, he find red alert all around d airport ,, heavy checking ,, but after few min he was on his way to KM ,, when he reached KM everyone was hell worried ,, servants wr in living room watching news ,, Nakul was consoling Dadima sitting near her feet who was shedding tears placing her mobile on her ear ,, he was confused nd rushed towards Dadima swiftly .

Dadima ,, kya hua ?

He sat near her nd cupped her face , hell worried seeing her like this .

Maan ,, Geet .

Geet , kya hua Geet ko ?

Dadima: wo , wo mrkt gai thi aur wahan ye blast ,,, ( she cried out placing her head on his shoulder)

What!!!! Blast !!! where ?

Nakul: 3 jagha per hue hei saab ,, aur Geet Ma'am L N mrkt gai thi jahan blast hua hei ,, aur wo phone nahi utha rahi hein ,, Dadima kab se koshish ker rahi hei phone baz raha hei per jawab nahi hei .

Maan: kya ??

He took Dadima's phone nd re-dialled again nd again many times but no reply ,, his heart sunk nd he hugged Dadima to console her .

Maan: Dadima , wo theek hogi ,, bura matt socho ,, humari Geet theek hogi .

He was saying these words to Dadima but he himself was dying in fear ,, he felt that someone snatched his all energy nd his heart cried out silently .. G e e t plzz be safe for me ,,, God plzz keep her safe .

Maan tried her number again but again no reply , he mumbled .. Geet kahan ho tum ? Whole KM was in deep silence , worried for Geet nd praying for her well being .

Geet came in her room nd changed ,, Maan was coming late , he informed Dadima about his meeting ,, she went to help Nakul nd then all did their dinner quietly ,, Dadima told Geet about Maan's call ,, it was a peaceful dinner in presence of NT ,, she was quiet today ,, Geet nd Dadima was exchanging looks ,, after dinner Geet helped Nakul securing work nd instructed for BF , came to give Dadima her meds then left to her room ,, her sem exams wr close , she entered in her stydy nd started her work as usual , 1^st finished insti work nd than opened her books for study ,, felt an urge to have a coffee to refresh her nd went to kitchen ,, she prepared coffee nd remembered Maan , he was not back nd it was above 10 pm though Dadima informed about his meeting but she became lil worried for him ,, came back in her niche , settled in d chair near d window , looked around outside in d open terrace nd starry sky ,, her mind was running towards Maan nd then she started thinking about her talks with A&A sipping her hot coffee.

She was feeling light after telling d truth to A&A ,, she was living with a burden hiding d reality of Maan nd her from them ,, a small lie cd harm d beautiful relations ,, d fear of their reaction nd accusations of hiding d fact was over nd now they wr besides her to support her ,, not only Dadima but A&A had a big hand to increase her lost confidence nd trusted her capabilities ,, gave chance to grab her lost dream ,, today she cd say her a successful girl , independent nd confident nd it was all bcoz of Dadima nd A&A * she remembered Arjuns words .. Go with d flow ,,, nd be happy .

She recalled nd annualized that she lived in her house with her blood relatives but they never gave any heed to fulfil her dreams ,, they didn't allow her to speak nd they never asked about her wishes but after coming in KM she got everything for which a girl cd dream , Dadima geve her all freedom nd support ,, she trust her nd love her even Maan never stopped her nd opposed , though her relation with Maan failed but he didn't interfere in her life , she was living a free life ,, it was true that if she lost something then she find something too ,,, if Dadima nd Maan tried to stop her like Darji nd Brij then what wd be her life ,, Geet felt a shiver in her body nd mumbled ... No , that cd be very tough ,, i'm happy what i'm getting now , so what if he refused me , he was helpless with his heart ,, A&A love each other , if they cn't thing about separation then how cd he nd his GF ,, she remembered Annie's reactions .

Geet inwardly: Maan ke liye essa hi tough raha hoga , wo bhi to majboor tha , kya galat hei agar wo apne pyaar ke liye wafadaar hei to ,, mai ku usse galat kahun ? wo apni jagah majboor hei aur mai apni jagah ,, mai ku bhool gai ...

Maan: bas abhi , soi nahi , it's late , 11 pm.

Geet: aap bhi to ghar se bahar thy ab tak ,, Dadima se mile kya ?

Maan: hum ,, unhi ke paas se a raha hu.

Geet: kuch loge ?

Maan: nahi , thanks , dinner late liya .

She only gave a faint smile to him which soothed his tired mind nd filled his eyes with brightness.

Maan: busy in study , disturb kiya kya maine ?

Geet: nahi , I was enjoying my coffee , but have to study , exams r near .

Maan: OK ,,, Geet TM afternoon i'm going to Lonavala ,, NT nd Dev r here I hope u'll manage d things .

Geet tried to get his words nd then nodded in a yes .

Geet: don't worry , meri wajha se aapki family mei kabhi koi prob nahi hogi .

Her words aapki family pinched him ,, he nodded his head with heavy heart nd went back to his room ,, changed nd went to sleep ,, there is a long way to go with out any hope , she was talking that was enough .

He slept thinking over their life ,, now his days started nd ended with her thoughts ,, a glimpse if her smile nd few words wr enough for him to make his day ,, he was surprised that how nd when he had changed .

Next day her phone was ringing in her bag nd she was chatting with Dadima in d patio .. Gr8 ,,, after few min Nakul came out nd handed Geet handset of land line phone saying ,, Arjun sir ka phone hei .

Geet: Oh!! Thanku Nakul bahiya ,, hello Arjun .

Aj: hello ki bacchii , where is ur mobile?

Geet: wo ,, wo to room mei hoga , bag mei ,, ku ?

Aj: tera mai kya karu ? mobile sath rakhne ke liye hota hei room mei band kerne ke liye nahi ,, kabse try ker raha hu .

Geet: sorry ,, wo maine kaha tha na mujhe aadat nahi hei ,, annie di ne kaha bag mei rakho .

Aj: tu aur teri annie di ,, ab sun .. aaj koi appointment to nai hei tera ?

Geet: nahi , Dadima ko puchti hu ( she asked Dadima about any work for her nd she denied ) nahi koi kaam nahi hei , ku?

Aj: OK then ready ho aur KC aa jao meeting ke liye , mai bhi idhar se nikalta hu , aur phone pas rakhna , samjhi.

Geet sheepishly smiled: OK , mai aa janugi .

She checked d time nd informed Dadima that she had to go ,, she made her sure that she took her lunch on time ,, then she remembered something.

Geet: wo Dadima ,, Maan bhi bahar ja rahe hein afternoon mei ,, unka bhi lunch banwa du kya?

Dadima : haan , Maan ne bataya tha hume bhi , Ok nakul ko bol do , hum Maan ke sath hei lunch karenge aaj , unhe bol denge .

Geet: OK Dadima .

She left from there nd instructed Nakul to prepared lunch for Maan too,, she hurriedly make 2-3 things for him nd Nakul helped her ,, she left d kitchen lil satisfied after checking things ,, got ready nd then left for KC ,, she was relaxed today coz she didn't have any fear from Arjun side nd now d ball was in Maan's court ,, Aj called her in mid way nd asked where was she nd how much time she took to came there.

finally geet started analysing things from the start and was able to see the good thinks about what ever happened
she finally changed her way of approach towards maan
it was the first time she talked with maan properly
maan was happy with her small smile and small talk
