Rahul is the one who was there with them in their ups and down and knew everything about Maan's love for his siter and he had seen how far Maan couls go to sane Geet..Maan holds a great place in Raul's heart..

and here he is too happy for his sietr and his friend..more than being relative they are friend ..he helped Maan whenever he asked to settle Geet in her life

convo in car was too needed as Geet could have thought if she had given some wrong signal to Maan as she considered him always her well wisher and great friend
