Dadima was busy in her NGO works , checking KC's files nd discussed with Adi nd most tiring Dev' matter bcoz of him KC's work was affecting ,, Maan was in Canada form last week though he was in contect nd instructing on phones nd by video confrances but KC's branches wr in Blore , Pune, Lonawala nd G Noida also ,, it was going very hard for Maan to handle nd he was working day n nyt ,, becoming irritated nd rude ,, he needed few more days to clear all d formalities related to sell d property ,, he ordered NT nd Dev to pack all their belongings to shift in a hotel for few days .
NT annoyingly did that nd all came to live in a hotel ,, she was shedding tears nd cribbing Dev,, their house had sold nd only few formalities wr there ,, Maan booked d tickets for India after 3 days ,, NT decided to meet her sis Sam nd dad before going to India ,, Dev nd NT most of d time visiting their friends nd family from last 3-4 days nd Maan was busy in his bunch up works .
NT's dad didn't react on her move but Sam suggested to trick Dev nd his bro on which NT replied that Dev is in her hand but his bro is very rude nd arrogant nd he had all d power of KC in his hand so for now she has to move with him for few months , after reaching there she tried to get hold on Dev's part .
In Arjun's office Geet met with Arjun nd d dealer was also there ,, he narrated all d details of d person who wanted a part of that land on lease for making d showroom nd service station * it was an offer from T*y**a company dealer who wanted to open showroom on that place ,, they wr offering a healthy rent as compare to other ,, they wanted only half of d land (2 acre) for 5 yrs lease with 10% increment every yr ,, it wd be a legal agreement ,, Arjun nd Geet read all d terms nd conditions which d dealer brought with him ,, he did many agreements with few more companies in malls nd sector's shopping zone ,, with few changes everything was fine nd profitable ,, Geet too didn't want to give all d land , she wanted some part in her hold ,, after some more discussion Arjun nd Geet gave her approval nd decided to meet d 2nd party next day in Arjun's office .
Geet left all d responsibilities on Arjun to handle d work nd requested him to deal with these ppl coz she cdn't talk nd meet them all d time ,, Geet decided to ask Dadima before signing d deal ,, she took her classes nd went home ,, Dadima was in Maan's study with Adi checking d files nd accounts ,, she came back in her room nd started her study after change ,, Nakul came to call her for dinner ,, she went nd find Dadima in dinning hall waiting for her ,, today she was looking lil tired ,, Geet took her BP nd checked sugar which wr normal but she was looking dull .
Geet: Dadima kya baat hei koi tension hei kya?
Dadima's heart nd mind was wondering in Canada ,, her half of d family was there sply Maan though he had informed her about his return but Dadima was worried for him ,, there wr so much responsibilities nd work load on his shoulders nd nobody is there to help him not even Dev, his younger bro ,, not only there, but after coming back she nd Maan had to handle them nd that was not so easy.
Dadima: I'm thinking about Dev nd NT ,, don't know how they'll adjust here ,, Dev n NT r very careless nd Maan won't tolerate this thing , it's very hard to work with Maan , he never compromise nd want everything perfect ,, I don't know how Maan settled Dev in KC ?
Geet remembered Maan's words which he said when Dadima asked about her to work in KC nd he denied out rightly saying that KC selected employees on their skill even he wd check Dev profile too .
Geet: Dadima Dev is Maan's younger bro , got best qualification in abroad nd doing business there so it's quiet natural that he wd handle his work perfectly
Dadima: nahi beta yahi to prob hei ,, he is very careless nd that NT dominate him ,, he loved her nd pampered her , NT is not a family person nd lived a free life in western culture ,, very irresponsible nd big mouth girl nd made Dev too like her .
Geet: Dadima in starting things wd be tough but after sometime everything wd come on normal pace ,, aur aap hei na guide kerne ko ,, sab theek ho jayega aap khud ko pareshaan matt karo .
Dadima: pata nahi wo aapke sath bhi adjust karegi ya nahi ?
Geet: un logo ko aane to do ,, dekh lenge ,, wo careless hei hum to nahi aur mujhe to waise bhi kam bolne aur jyada sunne ki aadat hei ,, ab to time bhi nahi hei mere paas jyada .
Dadima: haan aur hum bhi chahatyhei ki tum apni study per jyada attention do .
Geet: ek condition per ki aap khudh ko stress nahi karengi ,, aapki tension mujhe tense ker deti hei .
Dadima was touched with Geet care she is such a sweetheart , innocent nd understanding ,, she cupped her face nd packed her forehead lovingly ,, Geet thought to ask about land .
Geet: Dadima a person wants my land on rent ,, de du kya ? wo village ke bahar side per esse hi waste padi hei aur log garbage dump kerty hei .
Dadima didn't know much about her land , she took that as a small land piece in a village so gave her willingness ( for Khuranas nd Handas it was a very small piece coz they r very rich with lots of properties ,, Handas have hundreds of acres land in HP nd Khuranas r in construction business so this small piece is nothing for them) ,, but for Geet it was very precious bcoz this belonged to her parents nd she inherit that as their blessing .
Dadima: de do agar aapko theek lage to lekin sabhi terms nd conditions check ker lena pahale , OK.
Geet: ji Dadima , Arjun is looking that nd he knew d person ,, he checked everything .
Dadima: it's ok if Arjun is looking .
Geet talked about A&A nd his Dadi all d time so she knew them well through Geet ,, she talked to A&A 2-3 times nd find them nice ppl .
Geet got Dadima's approval nd now she cd go with d deal freely ,, they gotup nd went to their rooms ,, Geet came in Dadima's room nd find Dadima busy with filed ,, she was checking d accounts .
Geet: Dadima mei help ker du ?
Dadima: aapka time waste hoga beta .
Geet : nahi Dadima, mai baad mei ker lungi .
Dadima gave her file to check d details ,, both worked together nd it took less time to finish ,, both slept after finishing all d files .
