Cool! Did you try exercising? Even simple basic warm up helps! I do it daily morning! Barely ten minutes of warm up! Thats it! Dont know about weight loosing but you feel very fit and confident!😃

You do that? Then try cycling or swimming! They really get down the weight! I know coz I had been 37 kgs in my teenage years and once I stopped cycling I hit 45! And every time I go swimming, I loose weight! They can be effective too!

Where did you get your injection? On arm?
