Broken Angel - Part-1

XYZ Hospital

Meera was in tears looking at her only best friend Geet...who was struggling b/w life & death. She didn't inform anyone in her family. Meera rushed to the doctor as soon as she came out asking about Geet's health.

Doctor how is Geet..??

She is fine now..

.but unka kafi blood loss ho chuka hai...is wjh se weakness hai. Mujhe smjh nai aata what is wrong with you kids..?? Life ki value kyu nahi karte..thodi si takleef hui aur chale jaan dene.

.look at that man..said doctor pointining towards a man on wheel chair..

he has brain cancer..he undergone four surgeries...still he wants to live so that his family keep smiling always..but unfortunately we won't be able to save him..and the one whose lyf we saved doesn't want to live. What is wrong with you kids..why don't you understand..that when someone dies..they don't die alone..??

Meera went to Geet's ward...she was laying there unconscious looking so pale...as if no blood is there in her body...

Her thoughts went to today morning...

Flashback...

It was around 7 in the morning that Meera got up from her sleep with continuous buzzing of phone...it was from Geet's hostel mate...informing her that its' been a long tym that Geet is not responding to the knock over the door...and she is not even receiving the her call

Meera panicked hearing her...she asked her hostel mate to knock and try get the door opened and in the meanwhile she'll be there...

She rushed to Geet's hostel...and saw that a huge crowd was there...Meera opened the door with duplicate key...and the sight she saw..her breath got stuck in her throat..Geet was lying unconscious on the floor in a pool of blood as she cut her right hand nerve...

She rushed to her...and with the help of some girls of the hostel...she placed her in the car...

It was police case (attempt to suicide) but being Meera Khurana...doc didn't created any problem in Geet's treatment.

Her revive came to an end with the ringing of her phone..it was from Dadi who was asking Meera about her whereabouts as she rushed in hurry from mansion without telling anyone...Meera assured her she is fine and is with Geet. She didn't tell her about Geet's condition..because she'll get worried and it would affect her health.

Meera went near Geet...held her hand and said..

Geet why you do this to yourself and me...you know na you are my sister cum best friend...then why you did this..?? People celebrate their b'day with so much enthusiasm and here you tried to take away your life...she said while wiping her tears...

Maine kitna kuch plan kiya tha for your b'day...i didn't wished you last night only to give you surprise...and see you gave me the surprise or rather say shock.

Meera's thought

You are my bestie

You are my cutie

Life without you seems unworthy

Together we have seen

Many sunsets

Together Days we have

Always spent

You are my sweetie and i am your pie

Without each other neither we can live nor die..

She came out of her thoughts when police came with the doctor...as it was an attempt to suicide case...they came here to inquire from Geet...for the attempt...Meanwhile Geet's parents Sakshi & Rajnath also came there...as doctor informed them. Sakshi to Inspector..sir as u can see our darling daughter is still unconscious and we all are so depressed...its' our bad time...please sir we will inform you as soon as Geet will gain consciousness.

Meera will you be please here for some time..me and Rajnath will go and meet doctor..said Sakshi to Meera..

Sure Mrs. Handa..

Sakshi mouthed a thank you to Meera..

After some time..outside Geet's Ward...

Sakshi to Rajnath: Ohh..!! God..this Geet..always think of herself...marna ka shok chadha to mar jaati...bt yahan is city mein hi kyun attempt kiya usne..n aise nerve cut karke..kisi lake ya river mein jump kar leti..accident death maan liya jaata..wo to thnx to god..ki media doesn't know about her..warna to hamari reputation ka kya hota..

Rajnath: Sakshi plzzz..atleast abhi shaant ho jaao..

Sakshi: Why..?? Rajnath..Geet ko leke tumse kuch suna nai jaata...said sakshi with a coldness in her voice..

Its nothing lyk dat you know Sakshi...said Rajnaath.

Rajnaath sach kya hai ye tum bhi jaante ho and mein bhi..sayinh this Sakshi went from their.
