Five minutes later...

He sneaked a glance behind him. There was a recent clipping in the newspaper he read, that happened in his city... the usual kidnap and murders, sometimes rape cases one is all to well accustomed to.

The woman sitting in the passenger seat seemed entirely oblivious to the world, or even the route, but there was something wrong about her.
He shifted his beady eyes and gulped nervously. From the rear view mirror he stole a glance at her, and cringed. The woman was grinning evilly looking down. He heard her mumble to herself now and then, and at one point she even burst out laughing.
"Universal Bhaiya" she chanted as tears flew out of her eyes.
Who was this universal bhaiya, is it a code word? Where had he gotten himself into?
He went slowly, and thought of million things that could happen. Will some friends of her would get into the auto and pretend as passengers and lead the auto to somewhere? Will he lose his honor?
As she shifted behind, he remembered all his life like a flash. No, he was the only husband of his wife, and only father of his children. He won't let this happen to him. He cursed himself for not buying that pepper spray, to protect himself. What to do it was 500 rupees. He should learn bargaining like his passengers does with him. Speaking of which...
"Stop here!" he heard her shrill voice and braked suddenly, at an evacuated place.
He saw her run her hand in her bag while he started chanting hoping it wasn't chloroform.
He would plead and beg her, to leave him, if not for him, atleast bhagwan ke liye chod de...
"Ye lo your twenty rupees bhaiya" she said and got down the auto much to his surprise.
But when she was getting down, his eyes fell on the phone she was handling and there was that one word he was terrified of...
"Universal bhaiya"
He tried to look more, but then she walked away and all he could chance upon was India Forums, Crayon, and a text half typed which said
"Nammu, you made me laugh out loud so much that the auto driver might have pissed in his pants...

🤣 🤣 🤣 Universal bhai was much more funnier in this context.

i just kept on laughing ..

maan sure be chai wala in his previous birth ..

There are police encounters and then there are love encounters. There are war encounters at the borders and inside the boundaries of a house between two adversaries whose sacred thread is slowly becoming a noose around their neck.😆

But what the hell kind of encounters are these two having.

How many times have I wondered, am I the only person who is actually present in this world and everybody and everything is a part of my elaborate dollhouse.😲

I was literally foaming at the mouth while reading this on my chalta hua doorsanchar yantra a.k.a my mobile phone😆

My husband walks in and goes, eww stop laughing like a maniac while brushing your teeth. You are spewing the toothpaste foam.everywhere.

That only made me laugh only harder. At least I am not rubbing it on other people's mouth I told him.

Go wash up he told me irritably and snatched the cell phone out of my hand.

If you piss me off any more I am going to make you my universal bhai, was my reply to him🤣
