i an really sorry if i would hurt anyone with any of my words...
really both the reader and writer have the equall importance...
as u said they are two sides of coin...
i also agree with writers they feel dijected when they doesn't get good response for there hardwork..
but they should try to understand readers view also if they comment even a word if writers be patient to them and encourage them they would definitely come out of there shell one day and give big comment...
@readers we should also think about writers dear we enjoy reading there stories so why not we encourage them with our comments tho it is bad or good if we express it they would get an idea about our view...
and also i request writers not to quit their writings... some times writers stop their works in middle due to less response and due to this act they directly or indirectly hurt some readers who regularly follow them
even i have faced it and once i thought to quit reading but some of my frnds explained it and now i have became a regular reader of some ff's
first i used to only like then i started with single comments abd now i am able to comment my views about storyline..
there was a great support from my writers who supported me during this time bearing my only likes and single comments...
thank u sooo much shona for this post it will be a great support for many readers and writers over here...

lovely post! Its sad tht writers n leaving this forum! Wt is also sad is the incomplete FF/SS/OS in this forum! I feel so bad requesting updates! Readers shld acknowledge the writers efforts as the writers need motivation! I sincerely request the writers to pls continue writing n also nt to leave this forum! Also request the writers who have incomplete stories to pls complete them! Further pls all readers comment on all stories! We are eagerly awaiting updates! I hope I did offend or hurt anyone n if I did I apologise!

Completely agreed. I too don't read stories until they are finished or near completion. Too many times the writers quit mid away which is very disappointing. Also, there are very very a few writer that update regularly, by the time they do update I am partially detached from the story and have no clue what is going on.
