OK! wrap some crape bandage or kercheif on it! That makes the hand move less and the swelling goes down! That is why I wear the wrist brace! And I used to get this pain once a year in school days and now look at me! Be cautious before you end up like me!

The swelling cannot be seen!

The tendons swell inside your hand!

Just make sure you dont move it much and the pain will go away! Mine goes away in an hour! So tie something and give it some rest! It will be gone in an hour or two!
