Prologue...

She was for him , but he denied her in an illusion . He forced her and she embraced death for his happiness . she was Selfless ,pure and mature. He was selfish , stained and immature. What would happen when his illusion disappeared and he would face the bitter truth .

The sorrow of losing what we love is nothing to the torment of having it present but denied us .

Note... This is a fiction inspired by some facts and incidents form our surroundings . Geet too felt a protectiveness though they wr forcing her but in this unknown country this family is helping her for her well being and she didn't have any choice * her saving was running short and next sem fee has to be deposit in next few days * with this current job she could save some money but her injuries made her helpless * Maan was adamant to keep her in KV and she can't burden Meera and Arjun all d time so in current situation and requirement this job is a good start for her * a good job is must for her to strengthen her feet and after seeing them from close she could trust them * she thought that it was her fate and Babaji's wish who brought them face to face again after that incident and now many things had changed .

At eve Maan called Adi and got d feedback * he was happy that his plan was working * Brij group had divided in two parts and small conflicts had started * Adi was backing d guy and he was trying to lower down Brij * Brij was feeling insulted in d village ,,, d ppl who wr weaker than him now voicing in front of him and this thing was hurting his ego .

Maan knew that one day this gang war brought out some hidden facts against Brij Or maybe they could harm each other in their greed or rivalry * this was a very common thing in village to show power and authority and Maan use it against Brij * his own friends who helped him in his crime wd dig his grave * he gave some advice to Adi for coming days and cut d call with a winning smile .

Maan self thought ** now everything is coming on track slowly * from TM i have to work on that B****** Dev Kapoor * he'll pay for his sin ,, i won't live that S**** who touched and hurt my Geet ( my Geet ,, ye kab hua??)

He came to check her ,,looked from d glass door and find her sleeping peacefully * he adored that cutie for few mins * it was like a dream for him and he wanted to capture this in his heart and mind for his entire life * soon she was going to live in outhouse * he was realizing that Geet's closeness was affecting him and he has to control his feelings * it was he who ruined all d beauty of this relation * he sighed and went to sleep .

Next day At night Arjun and Meera came with their parents and all wr very ashamed and hurt * Arjun assured Dadima that onward he won't have any relation with that shameless person * Maan remained quiet all d time ,, he knew that his ppl had started their work and soon Dev got what he deserves * Meera was very relieved seeing this family's care and affection for Geet * both wr sitting outside for their girly talks * Geet informed Meera about accepting d new job and then they chat on coming sem and study ,, about Prem and her budding love story and Meera emptied her tummy which was aching from last many days * she didn't get much time to talk Geet coz of Arjun's marriage * Maan was witnessing their bond ,, no doubt Geet had very caring ppl around her and she herself was a girl of golden heart who spreads only happiness * he thanked his stars and God for sending her back in their life .

Life became peaceful and pleasant for all * Maan told Geet that after cutting her plaster she could join KC officially * they went together , spent time in office , talk on many matters and this thing helping them to open up * Geet became comfortable with him and sometime both argued and teased each other .

Geet came with Maan as usual , she remained in d room and sometime left early * Maan design her office himself that was next to his room * Sasha was becoming impatient day by day but didn't get d chance to collide Geet * she came for discussion MK and looked at d closed door but she didn't get any glimpse of Geet * she can't enter in MK office without his permission then how could she ask about Geet * she knew his temper and didn't want to upset him * she was trying to come in his office for small -small reasons even trying to get his attention with her antics but he gave damn .

After few days of edginess she saw Manish-a and Geet in back corridor when he was going to drop her in parking * she waited for him and caught him near lift .

Sahsa: Manish what r u doing with that charity case?

Manish: charity case ? Who ?

Sasha: that girl whose service u r doing now a days .

Manish: mind ur language Sahsa , she saved our boss for whom u r serving and she is known to Khuranas also .

Sasha: it's a lie , i knew MK from yrs but i didn't hear her name and what was she doing in KC ? Why she comes like a thief if she is MK's well known guest ?

Manish: it's MK's matter and his decision but why r u taking so much interest in this ?

Sasha: ur bringing and dropping her that's why i'm asking u she is not KC's employee so why she is coming daily in MK's office ?

Manish irritated: Sasha u know MK from yrs then go and ask him ,, i'm doing my duty which MK is giving me,, i'm not interested in his personal life and advice u too don't poke ur nose in ur Boss's personal life coz u r also an employee .

Sasha angrily: i knew what i m , u don't know me .

Manish: OK , then next time go to MK and ask him ,, i hope he'll reply u much better.

He moved from there and Sasha cursed him not giving her proper reply * her every effort was going in drain but she was doubting that something is cooking between MK and that girl otherwise MK never behaved like that .

Sasha: don't worry babe, one chance and i'll throw u out very soon ,, this time i won't lose him .

Days rolled down and Maan and Manish-a wr becoming very busy for new launch ,, meetings and other previous works wr occupying them all d day * sensing their work load Geet started going by herself and then driver dropped her at KV ,, she just msg MK that she was going . It was another hectic day for Maan and he had many works to complete coz next day they wr going to launch d project and Maan decided to introduce Geet to KC as a new manager for that project * he called Geet and told her to go home on time when he was busy in conference room .

Sasha heard that and excused herself ,, she came out and directly rushed to top floor and waited there * when she saw that Geet entered in d lift that started moving down she dropped d MCB and lift stopped in mid * she smirked cunningly and came back to conference room with a smile * Maan's and Manish wr busy in discussion and their phones wr on silent mod * for them Geet left as usual but she was stuck in lift

Lift stopped with a jerk and It was pitch dark in d lift * Geet took out her phone and opened that torch for light she bang d door and then pressed buzzer but to her bad luck d single technician was in main entrance lifts side and nobody heard that * back side lift rarely used for maintenance and only Geet is using that * she tried to call but didn't get signals * she was banging and pressing d buzzer again and again but no use * she started scaring in d dark ,, her hands became red and tired due to continuous banging * hr passed but nobody heard d sound * that closed and dark enclose was making her suffocated * with regular use of torch d phone battery was going low every passing min * Geet turned panic now and started shouting for help * office time was over and whole staff had left .

Maan ,Manish , Sasha and Tasha left for d venue to check d last preparation * Sasha was smiling on her achievement * Dadima was waiting for Geet and tried to call her but she didn't get her contact then she called Maan .

Maan: hello Dadima .

Dadima: hello beta , where r u and Geet ,,, when r u coming home?

Maan: i'm at venue Dadima and Geet is not with me , she left at her usual time ... What !!! Geet is not at home ?

Dadima: no she didn't come and her phone is not responding ,, i thought she is with u ,, then where is she ?

Maan: wait Dadima ,, i'm asking to my driver .

He called his driver and asked him about Geet and he replied that she didn't come to go home * Maan's body shivered thinking about her ... Then where is she? He called her but her number was coming not reachable * he became panic and threw his fingers in his hair * his breath stuck in his throat and looked at Manish .

Manish : MK check ur phone maybe she sent u any msg .

Maan checked his phone but nothing was there * he thought and rushed to his car ,sat and ordered his driver to run at KC office * he knew Geet won't go alone anywhere and if she didn't come down to go home it means she was in d office but why her phone is not responding * he tried her again but failed to contact her * he called at his office number 2-3 times but that was also ringing and nobody picked d call * now he was hell worried for her if she was not in office then where is she? His heart was thudding in fear and his palms became sweaty * every passing sec was becoming a death for him * he was ordering d driver to run fast * it was nearly 3hrs passed when he told her to go home * he reached KC ,,, ordering security man at gate to open d office floor and switch on all d lights * they reached at d floor and run towards his office but she was not in d office , sitting area and restroom then he went back side but d whole corridor was empty * he rushed towards d lift but that was off * his heart was sinking and crying her name ,,, Geet ,, where r u ? God!! Plzz keep her safe .
