The black and white portion of the visit to the police station pic said it all. It was perfect for Dev, a character with his grey shades. The color also showed that their relationship was a thing of the past.

I remember how devastated she was, and how hard she was clinging to the idea that there was some mistake and that Dev was innocent. I could understand her dilemma. for her to give up on de would have meant giving up on everything she believed in and she was trying so very hard to cling to her last hope, which she thought was Dev.

The next banner of the whole family actually made me laugh, coz it reminded me how in Indian soaps, the camera pans in on every face after some shocking revelation. I find the zoom in's very hilarious, though we did not have much of that in Gee. Thank God for that, or I'd never have gotten a chance to meet M&G, coz I'd have dumped the serial right after a deadly zoom in dose😆

But all I can about say the family is how pathetic. I hated Brij, but I feel that if they'd shown some softer emotion in him, a little bit of affection for Geet perhaps, a fight with himself before he decides to kill her, than it would have been far more impactful and Brij would not be such a caricature of a one dimensional character. They however did a great job with the character of Darji. One of the best characterizations on Geet.

very true... even darjee was a gey shade one... but he was seen in some occassions, where he knew that he was responsible for all this...but it was just that for him the his family name was more imprtant than even life of geet...

I loved Geet's conflict and her refusal to accept reality. How is one supposed to accept such a fate. Everything happened so fast before she could properly grasp the fact that h was married, she was supposed to accept that it was otherwise. Any mind would rebel at accepting the enormity of the situation just like Geet

And then there is her father. Spineless, but at least he felt made some effort to fight for his daughter, and so on and so forth😆
