Note... This is a fiction inspired by some facts and incidents form our surroundings . In d basement(BM) Pandeyji was waiting for Geet * he wanted to confirm about Geet's program for sat to visit d places for rent coz she requested him to come with her .

Pandeyji: GS, r u coming TM to see d house? (Geet Singh,,,Geet use her initials as her name in US , in her college and work place ppl called her GS )

Geet: yes Pandeyji , i'll and try to lock a good place,

Pandeyji: GS , d places r near my apartment and it'll suit u , I had visited them once before giving u d add.

Geet: thanks a lot Pandeyji , u r a big help for me.

Pandeyji: O come on GS .. Pardesh mei apne Desh ke log apne family jaise lagtey hei , tumhe dekh ker aur tumse baat kerke lagta hei jaise apne pariwar ke kisi ek insaan se baat ker li,tumhare sath mei meri Matrabhasha ( mothertongue) to bol pata hun , dil ko sukun mil jata hei aur tum mere ghar ke paas rahogi to mujhe bhi fayada hei na .. mujhe Indian Khana banaker kila dena .

Geet smiled : jaroor Pandeyji. Mujhe khushi hogi , thanku.

Pandeyji: thanku nahi , Bhojan(meal) ,, Brahama ko bas accha bhojan chahiye.

Geet laughed at his open demand for food * both fixed d time to meet and retired to their work.

Next day Geet saw few places with Pandeyji and then she locked a 2BHK all furnished floor for her and decided to settle next day * only an old couple was living in that house on ground floor and they needed a tenant.

Meera came on sat eve and Geet informed her and Arjun about her shifting * first they didn't agree and forced her to stay there but Geet persuaded them at last Meera agreed on one condition that she came to meet her every weekend * Geet agreed for that .

On Sunday Geet and Meera settled d new house of Geet and Pandeyji helped them* Geet prepared Indian food and Pandey and Meera relish that praising her cooking skill * Meera came back her home and Geet tried to cop-up with new surroundings * days wr easy to spend but nights eats us when memories ingulfed us in d darkness . It was mid night when her phone buzzed and it was from Arjun * Geet replied d call.

Geet: hello bro , why so late?is everything fine?

Arjun: hi GS, I'm giving u task for TM coz i'm going to New Jerssy with Annie * her mom is not well and hospitalized and i'll stay there for 2-3 days.

Geet: OK, no prob.

Arjun : I left a bag in my office with some samples and desines for final selections of MK , MD of KC * I had d meeting with him TM but now you would handle that in my behalf * plzz showed him and finalized of his choice * I'll inform him about u * GS u have to go San Fransisco in his main office.

Geet: OK, i'll do that , u don't worry .

Arjun: thanks a lot , d address is there in d file .

Geet: OK,

Arjun cut d call with a thanks and GN * Geet tried to get some sleep after this break * she cuddled herself in d quilt but in that new place and in d loneliness of night her dreadful memories engulfed her * tears rolled down from d corners of her eyes and she didn't realize when she slept in wee hrs.

She woke up with d sound of her alarm and started her morning routine ,prepared her BF , got ready and left for her office. She took d bag and file from Arjun's office , opened that and checked all d things and a note which Arjun left with d file mentioning meeting time and address of KC's office. Geet checked d time and left for San Francisco * again she was feeling an uneasiness and shrugged it may be coz of lack of sleep last night * she started d journey for her destination to meet MK.

On d other side MK got Arjun's msg and didn't give any heed * he thought only for his work not for d ppl * everyday he met with lots of client and ppl regarding his work . He was busy in his office and feeling very low from morning even he skipped his workout but still he was very restive * he decided to visit his family Dr for check up * he attended few meetings and now he was busy in discussion on some blue prints and on finance with d head architect of KC, Sasha and finance adviser Manish-a * his PS Pinky informed him for his next meeting with GS from XYZ Co .

Geet entered in KC's premises * it was a big and beautiful building * she was before time, came to reception counter and asked about her meeting with MK * she confirmed that , told her to wait in d conference room and showed d room * Geet settled there but an unknown feeling and restlessness engulfed her * she drank some water from d bottle which was placed on d table and tried to compose herself * she opened her file and started to look at d matter to divert her mind though she read that in her way.

MK stucked lil long in his meeting with Manish-a and Sasha * his PS reminded him about his meeting and GS arrival in between * he finished d meeting and moved towards conference room for his next meeting * he entered in d room and saw a figure dressed in formals with open curls near d window looking outside and thought ... GS , a girl , she comes for d meeting in behalf of Arjun * MK came close to her and spoke to get her attention .

Maan: Yes, r u GS ?

She heard and turned to see d source of that heavy voice and next moment her eyes widened in shock * she step back and her lips wr lil opened . At her opposite MK was froze at his place with widened eyes and opened mouth like he was seeing a ghost in front of him .
