Nothing is there to trust, nothing is there to love , a broken base of relation and a misty way to go.

Their heart full of pain , their mind full of hate , an uncertain relation and a long way to go.

Maan : Geet these r my insurance policy papers and i made u my nominee so i need ur sign on some papers.

Geet looked at him puzzled .

Maan: esse matt dekho , it hurts Geet.

She lowered her head sensing his feelings and spoke in a low voice.

Geet: kahan sign kerna hei ?

Maan: maine apne ker diye hai tumhare rahate hei.

He opened d pages and showed her d dot marks to sign there * she didn't read d papers and just gave a running look to 2-3 papers which was from XYZ , insurance Co. Maan flapping d pages but very smartly just half portion and got her sign on all papers . closing d folder he called Adi in his office and he was there in a min * Maan handed d folder to him looking at him meaningfully and Adi understood his unsaid words .

Maan: Adi ye lo papers and theek se set kerke bhijwa do , hmm.

Adi : yes Sir , abhi kerta hun , they r waiting in d waiting room .

Maan nodded and Adi left from there with d folder.

Maan: Geet , kuch der ruk sakti ho , kuch files check ker do fir sath ghar challenge.

Geet nodded and he thanked her with a quick pack on her cheek and got up to start his pending office work * to make her comfortable he gave few folders to check her * both were got busy in their respective works and Maan was staling quick glances of her now and then .

Now life was very beautiful for Maan , Geet and all d family members * everything was flowing with a normal pace * Maan took Geet to her FM to spent some time with Mahi * Maan was busy with Mahi while Geet was in her room and ruffling her stuffs which Mahi had kept carefully in d cupboard and some was still packed in cartons * she opened that cartons to check d things which she didn't see from age * there was her photo albums which had her childhood pics with her Dad and Rajji Bui's family * she flapped some pages with a smile * after few pages she stuck with some pics * there she was with Rano and that pics were taken in Defence Mess * Geet flapped some more she got some more but after that she didn't get any Rano's pic . Geet kept that albums in her cupboard lost in thoughts and then came out * she peeped in living room and find Maan and Mahi busy in bar having some dinks and immersed in business talks * she rushed in Mahi's room and opened his cupboard and then locker where he kept his some papers and valuable things * she find a bundle of some cards and letters which were seems very old and lost their colours .

Geet opened a letter with a thudding heart and her doubt was right , that was from Rano * she checked d date of postal stamp and that was before her birth * she gasped and checked some more dates and letters * some were before her birth and some after her birth * she took some letters with her and kept rest of carefully in d locker * though she knew that it was wrong to read some ones very personal letters but she was very much eager to know d truth which was eating her mind . Geet kept those letters safe in her purse and came out to join Maan and Mahi .

Maan and Geet came back to KM after dinner * Mahi was very happy and contend having his loving children near him but Geet was restless * she was dying to know d whole truth but how ? d matter was very sensitive and she had to take steps very carefully * something she knew but not d whole facts of her past .

At night when Maan was busy in his study Geet took out d letters to read and after reading that she became more restless * she kept them safe and opened her laptop to divert her mind but failed * her thoughts were running only in one direction and many questions were raising heads in her mind .. kisse puchun , kahan se milenge mujhe mere sawalon ke jawab ?

Maan came in d bed room and find her lost in thoughts * he settled near her and placing his chin on her shoulder he asked in a mocking way .

Maan: kya hua , kiss soch mei ho , romantic story mei twist aa gaya kya ?

Geet looked at him with a smile and nodded in a NO .

Maan: fir ma'am kis soch mei hai ?

Geet: esse hi bas kuch soch rahi thi , kabhi-kabhi sab kuch clear hote hue bhi hum puzzled ku ho jate hei ?

Maan: kunki hum jyada emotional hoker sochte hei * thodi sa practical ho ker socho sab puzzles solve ho jayenge * aur tum ku puzzled ho , mujhe kaho main hoon na solution ke liye.

Geet: O,o,o, acchaaa angry bird ke paas gusse ke alawa solutions bhi hein , she mocked him .

Maan: try me baby , I won't disappoint u .

Geet: OK, let d time come .

Maan: any time .

He slept teasing her lovingly and cuddling her to him .

Her office started and she got busy in her old routine * it was Thursday eve and she was with Dadima and Annie * all three were chatting and sharing their day's events .

Annie: Geet what r u planning for bros Bday ?

Geet: Bday , Maan's Bday ??? when?

Dadima : on 10^th Jan beta , waise wo celebrate nahi kerta Nidhi ke baad se lekin hum usse chup - chap gift de dete hai

Geet: OK.

Annie : tumhe nahi pata tha?

Geet: nahi , tumne kya socha hei ?

Annie I'm very confused , we have many options for girls but for boys uff horrible... kuch samajh nahi aata , aur bro ke liye choose kerna to aur bhi tough.

Dadima: haan ye to hei ,,, he is selective .

Poor Geet started scratching her head to think but nothing was coming in her tiny mind * they talked for some more time and then retired to their respective rooms * d day passed as usual and next day was fri and day after fri Maan's Bday * while coming from office Geet decided to go Maal to purchased a gift for Maan * she left her cab in mid way and took an auto for Mall * when she came out from d auto and paying d driver a SUV stopped near d auto .
