Geet joined office after her med leave * all were gathered around her to ask about her injuries * a senior noticed d ring in her finger and got curious * she whispered in others ear and giggled .

Girl 1: Geet , do u get reward of these injuries ?

Geet: reward ?

G 2: yes dear, reward , med leave ke sath - sath engagement leave bhi li thi kya ?

Geet understood their remark and became quiet * she knew that it would come in front of her if she wore this type of costly ring.

G1: so Geet , please high light d news , is it true that u r engaged now?

Geet: yes , it's true .

All: WOW!!! Congrats , who is he ? ur choice or family choice ?

Geet: family choice , my Dad knew them.

G2: so cool , what's his name ?

Geet smiled but decided to hide d main identity of Maan coz he was a very rich and known personality in business world .

Geet: his name is Maan Singh .

All started their Q and Geet replied them coated with some lies * at least now she could say openly that she is engaged * for marriage she has to make some more plans and lots of lies . She got a lil relaxation today * her colleagues forced her for a treat and she accepted that arranged a small treat in her office in lunch time.

At eve she came back home as usual and spent time with Dadima and Annie and then went to change * she remembered her morning talk with Maan and his hurt face .

Geet's POV ...

He was so hurt in d morning all bcoz of me * why i talked to him in that way , though he was wrong but he was feeling guilty for that and trying to cover up d damages * he was angry that time and that was quiet natural for any human being in that situation * what's wrong if he hated me , i too hated him coz he was related to that B**** * i accepted this relation and i am bounded to him only * he is trying to come out from his past and accepted our relation * taking care of me and sharing his feelings * if he is trying to mend this wrecked relation then it's my duty to support him not to push him back * i could make him understand my prob in a peaceful way not like that. I was wrong and hurt him * i must say sorry to him . With a determination she took her phone and dialled his number but he didn't response .

She pouted and sent a sorry msg with a smiley .

Msg1.. i'm sorry * i was wrong and hurt u in my anger

Geet didn't get d reply and after half an hr she again sent a msg..

Please talk to me * i'm so sorry Maan😔

She went down and help Nakul in kitchen then came back and got busy in net * it was going late and Geet checked her phone but didn't get any reply. She thought that he is very angry with her and felt bad * she again sent a msg to him .

Msg3: i'm really very sorry Maan 😔 plzz don't get angry and talk to me * plz reply me 😭

It was dinner time and Geet came down and requested Dadima and Annie to have their meal and she would wait for Maan . Dadima tried but he was not taking d call. Geet served Dadima and Annie and they retired to their room after dinner * half heartedly she came in d room and trying to kill d time doing random work * she went to his study and started flipping d flie's pages * she was checking time and phone again and again but there was no reply and no sign of Maan * she sighed in disappointment and placed her head on table * her eyes became teary .

She opened her eyes feeling a pat on her shoulder and his voice * she looked at his face for moments and then hugged him * Maan too hugged her back .

Geet: kahan thy aap ? mere ek bhi msg ka reply nahi diya, ku? Maine kitna sorry bola * mei kya aapse thodi sa bhi naraz nahi ho sakti ? khud etna gussa kerty ho ,,, bolo na .

He was chocked with emotions but happy with her cute complaints * it was near 9pm , he checked d time when peon informed him about Dadima's call on office number * d whole KC staff had gone and he was busy in his office * he put his mob phone on silent coz of meetings * at last Dadima called at office number * he checked d time hurriedly picked his lappy n files and ordered d peon to keep them in his car * he said sorry to Dadima and checked d phone * there r many calls and msg * He was on d way to KM and checked d msg from Geet * read them again and again and smiled painfully * she was nowhere at fault but saying sorry to him * he was feeling very guilty hurting her like this . He came back and met Dadima first and then Annie , both were complaing him for becoming late * he said sorry to them and came to his room nervously thinking about Geet's reaction * she was not there and he peeped in study where she was sleeping placing her head on d files * he knew she was waiting for him.

Maan: Geet , i'm sorry .

Geet: no, i'm sorry . mujhe esse nahi bolna chahiye tha ,, sorry.

Maan: Geet , mai tumse naraz nahi hu , how could i ?

Geet: fir baat ku nahi ki mujhse ? Reply ku nahi kiya ?

Maan: sorry , i was so busy in meetings and my phone was on silent.

Geet: etna late ku aaye ? kab se wait ker rahi hu ?

Awww,, so cute complaint like a proper wify ,, he chuckled and forgot all his pain and tiredness * he parted and tease her .

Maan: jhooti , wait ker rahi thi ya so rahi thi ? he smiled .

Geet: hwww... soi nahi thi wo thak gai thi aur wait kartey -kerty pata nahi chala ki kab neend aa gai ... sorry , aap sach mei naraz nahi ho ?

Maan blinked and nodded in a NO.

Geet hugged him again saying ... mujhe apse esse nahi bolna chahiye tha.

Maan: Geet , tum mujhse kaise bhi aur kuch bhi bol sakti ho and don't say sorry to me * this word is for me not for u .

He parted and scooped her in his arms saying ... chalo tired ho to free ride de deta hu * she giggled snaking her arms round his neck and he brought her and settled her on d bed.

Geet: aap change karo mei dinner laati hu .

Maan: chup -chap baito yahin , mai Nakul ko bolta hu .

He went to change after ordering Nakul to brought their dinner with a non faded smile * at last his day ended with her smile.
