Dadima : aa gai aapko ghar ki yaad Maan, ye kya hei sab enjoy ker rahe hei aur aap office mei busy ho etni late tak.

Maan: sorry Dadima , kya karu , kaafi kam tha , kahan hei sab ?

Dadima : aaj Christmas hei , sab bahar gaye , aapko to koi matlab hi nahi kisi cheej se.

Maan: aur Geet? Wo bhi gai kya?

Dadima: wo jayegi , aapko hope hei ? humne kaha tha lekin nahi gai , hogi kitchen mei apne Nakul dada ke sath .

Maan smiled and gave a side hug to Dadima saying ... so what , hum yahan aapke sath celebrate karenge , mai change kerke aata hun. He came in his room to change * d room was lit with beautiful decorated candles and a smile adored his face * he knew that only she could enjoy alone and doesn't want a crowd around her.

Maan ** no prob Geet , i'll make this Christmas very special for u. **

After half an hour he came down in dining room and find Dadima and Geet busy in their chat * Giving them a smile he settled near Geet .

Maan: hi Geet , how was d day?

Geet: nothing special , as usual , i think urs was very busy.

Maan: hmmm.

Geet served d dinner to Dadima ,Maan and hers * all were Maan's fav dishes and Dadima gave a sweet smile with a wink to Maan * Maan smiled shyly and looked at Geet lovingly.

Dadima: kya baat hei Geet , sab Maan ka fav, humara liye kuch nahi .

Geet: Nahi Dadima essa nahi hei , aapka bhi hei .. ur fav Plum Cake * pata nahi kaisa bana hoga ? aap to master ho .

Dadima : hummm ,,, tabhi kitchen se etni khushboo aa rahi thi.

All three enjoyed their supper and at last Nakul brought d cake * Geet served to Dadima and then to Maan * Dadima took a bite and stopped for a second * Geet looked at her with a dull face, feared that she didn't like that and then to Maan * Dadima finished d bite and then turned to Geet * she gave sweet kiss on her cheek and said .

Dadima : it's so delicious beta , love u beta.

Maan too took a bite and praised that . After few talks Dadima went to her room biding them GN * Maan and Geet too came in their room and when Geet moved to dresser for change Maan pulled her to him and locked her in his arms with a naughty smile.

Geet : ye kya ker rahe ho , jane do na , change kerna hei .

Maan : abhi nahi , kuch der mere sath raho na , and thanks for d perfect diner and cake. He took her hand rested on his chest and kissed her knuckles .

Geet : ab yaad aai meri ? she taunted him .

Maan: Geet , u know my work load , dad bhi nahi hei ,, kya karu ?

Geet: hhmmm,,, tired ?

Maan: uumm ,, nahi , bahar terrace per aao na , kuch der ke liye no kam bas tum aur mai , please.

She nodded in a yes with a blink * he brought her out on d terrace * she shivered a lil due to cold but d next moments she was surprised * d white foamy crystals like snow flacks were falling down from d top and whole terrace turned in to a dream land with blue light and soft music * she looked mesmerised at Maan who was looking at her lovingly crossing her arms on his chest * She beamed with happiness and going to thank him for making her day so special but d next set of words from his baritone voice froze her. ... I Love You Geet.

She was looking at him with lil opened mouth without a blink * Maan knew that it was unexpected for her * Geet too never thought that Maan could say these words to her * Maan slowly came close to her and held her from her shoulders .

Maan: it's true Geet .. I love u so much * I know u never hope this thing from me but trust me .. i can't hide this any more * i'm won't say u to accept it or not * i'm getting enough from u and i could live my whole life with that * Geet i know my stained past is a big barrier between us and ...

His remaining words left in his mouth when Geet moved forward and gave a pack on his cheek to clear all his murk * she trusted him and his heart skipped many beats * She shyly placed her head on his chest where she could hear his thudding heart * overwhelmed with emotions he wrapped her in his arms * both were lost in each other forgetting everything around them * they parted after few min when Geet sneezed coz of cold .

Maan: Geet , iss artificial snow se bhi thand lag gai tumhe and laughed.

Geet glared at him rubbing her nose : snow nakli hei to kya weather to asli hei , it's Christmas .. 25^th Dec. Mr genius and u r in Dilli ki sardi .

Maan: chalo ander garmi deta hu , i mean warmer chalata hu , otherwise u'll catch cold . ( he smiled at her naughtily and scooped her * brought her inside and settled her on bed covering her with blanket ) Better??

He started warmer and settled other side of bed .

Geet: thanks Maan for making this day special for me .

Maan packed on her forehead .. thanks to u for coming in my life.

She snaked her arm in his waist and snuggled into him for seeking warmth * he smiled holding her close to him though her closeness was a torture for him but it gave him immense pleasure too.
