Dr told him that he was having mild fever from last 2-3 days and he took that casual * yesterday his temp raised and he called me and i gave him med for 2 days but his fever remained same till eve * In eve a girl miss Singh who is ur relative got alert and called a lab and sent Dev's blood for test and then informed me about the reports. She suspected dengue after watching some signs and she was right * his platelets were decreasing and needed immediate treatment and watch on count twice a day. It was good she decided to go for test and admitted him. Today morning his count dripped to 30K so we gave him a unit of platelets * miss Singh donated that unit to Dev * now we r watching the counts and Mr Mahinder is here to give another unit if required . Pray kijiye ki jaroorat na pade aur wo recover ker jaye Mr Khurana.
Maan nodded and came back in d room he was thinking about miss Singh * Nakul also talking about choti memsab ... Kaun hei ye miss Singh? Shayad koi relative hi hogi jo Dadima se milne aayi hogi? Maan stayed there with Dev but most of d time he was busy with his work on phone . Adi went back and Mahinder was talking to Dev and helping him . At night Dev forced Maan to go home coz he needed change and Mahinder uncle was with him and he was feeling lil better now. Maan came back home after seeing Dev's reports and discussing with Dr. Reports r showing some improvement .
He reached at KM in night and went to his room to freshen up * it was quiet late now and Nakul brought his dinner in his room * he asked about choti memsab.
Maan: Nakul wo tumhari choti memsab kahan hei?
Nakul: Sir wo to so gai hongi kal se theek se rest nahi kiya aur na hi acche se kujh khaya piya..
Maan: room kaun sa hei unka?
Nakul: Ji wo last mei back side wala.
Maan: theek hei * Dadima ya Dad ka phone aaya kya?
Nakul : nahi sir , maine bhi bahot try kiya per mila nahi * ab kal to aa hi jayenge wapis.
Maan: hmmm .. theek hei tum jao.
Nakul went out and Maan decided to meet that girl in d morning * She helped dev and his family when nobody was here even donated him platelets on time. He wanted to thank her for this timely help. He slept after finishing some of his office work.
Geet came back KM and told everything to Nakul coz he was also very worried about him* She asked about Dadima aur YSK's call but he denied and told that TM they'll come back .She was hell tired and slept after taking a long relaxing bath * At night she called her dad and asked about Dev's reports and Mahinder told her everything * she felt relief and slept again after chatting some time on IF.
Next day was Sunday so she woke up lil late and first called her dad to know about Dev's condition and he said that he was looking better now * nurse has taken his blood for test , let's see what would come in reports. Geet took her coffee and went to washroom to take bath. Her room's door was bolted from inside.
After getting ready Maan came that side of d floor to meet miss Singh* he knocked at the door and waited ... He again knocked lil loud but no response * he tried 2-3 times but didn't get any reply so he moved back and came down to take his BF and after that he left for Hospital to meet Dev.
Geet was taking bath in her washroom and songs were playing on her phone so she didn't hear d knocking sound on d door. Basically nobody came to meet her this time * she came out after taking a good time . Geet decided to go hospital in Maan's absence. She did her morning prayer then opened a packed juice ,a fruitcake pack and sat in d balcony to eat * she filled birds poodles with water and grains *now not even birds squirrels too came there to eat grains and Geet loved that sight when they played there.
Near 10.00am KM phone buzzed and Nakul picked d call and it was from YSK * they were coming back and after covering some distance they got their network * they were hell worried for all so first of all they contact KM . Nakul told them that they too were trying to contact from last two days * he blurt out all and YSK became tensed * Dadima too got worried and immediately called Geet.
Geet's phone buzzed and flashed Dadima * she picked d call at once and without any hello ,hi Dadima started her question bank * Geet calmly replied and tried to consoled her saying that Dev is better now and his health is improving * Dadima's soul got lil peace after talking to her. Geet told Dadima that her Dad is with Dev and she could talk to him and Dev . Dadima informed her that they r on d way and cut d call then she told YSK to contact to Mahinder who was with Dev in hospital .
YSK talked to Mahinder and Dev * Maan was also there and talked to them * they were feeling lil relief Maan and Mahinder were there now. They were talking about Geet how she managed all these things alone * both were very restless and wanted to reach near their children ASAP.
Mahinder was with Dev from last two days * he had a pair of clothes in his car to change and he was eating in hospital canteen * Maan observed this how selflessly Mahinder taking care of Dev * he wanted to thank him but his ego and attitude r stopping him * to avoid this odd situation he told Dev that he was going for some time and would be back soon * Dev nodded in yes * he was also witnessing an uneasiness in Maan in presence of Mahinder * Maan left from there. Mahinder called Geet and informed her that Maan has left so she could come to meet Dev.
Geet came there and meet Dev , asked about his recovery and checked d reports * he was improving and there was a progress in his platelets count * this was a big relief for her . She brought Dev's phone too with her and handed him and he thanked her with a big smile because he was feeling very bore without his cell * Dev was very touched with Geet and Mahinder's care . Geet spent some time with them and then went to meet Dr * she talked to them and then went to canteen * she brought many things to eat for Mahinder ,Dev and for herself. After spending an hour she came back home , called Dadima and talked to her and YSK for few min then she remained in her den whole day.
Dadima and YSK went to meet Dev directly from their way * thanked Mahinder for taking care of Dev in their absence and mahinder replied that he didn't do much , it was Guddu who did 'll * Dev to praised Guddu for her care * Maan was also there and he was busy in his phone checking and replying mails. He was listening their talk and thought that miss Singh's name is Guddu who looked after Dev. His curiosity increased about her and thought that she is surly a nice girl that why all r praising her. YSK sent Mahinder home coz he and Maan were here now and he too needed proper rest . Mohinder left from there to his FH and Maan sent YSK and Dadima home to take some rest because they came from a long journey. YSK left saying that he'll come at night to stay with Dev .
It was late eve when Dadima and YSK reached KM * Dadima called Geet and informed her that they r back in home * Geet came down and met with them * Dadima and YSK hugged her with all love, thanked her for taking care of Dev and everything she did for him
When Maan came back lil late from hospital and got busy in some office related calls * he didn't get time to meet miss Singh that night also.
Next day was Monday Geet got up early * got ready for her office and left as usual . Maan again came to meet her but her door was bolted from outside * he came down and asked about her * Nakul replied that she left for her office. Maan felt lil disappointment and went out after taking his BF. He went to hospital first to meet Dev and met with Dr who informed him and YSK about Dev's recovery and said that they'll discharged him in afternoon. Maan went to KC and came back in afternoon for Dev's discharge * he went to clear all d formalities and bill but find that maximum amount was paid * he asked at d counter that who paid all charges and he replied that it was paid by credit card and they didn't know d person coz lots of people come to pay .
Maan came back thinking that may be that girl paid d bills and decided to return her money . She did a lot for them and he didn't want to take any monetary favour from a relative specially a girl. After coming home they settled Dev in his room and he left for his * he calculated d amount paid by miss Singh and made a cheque leaving her name * he didn't know her full name and decided to handover her personally with a thanks for her timely help at dinner time. But for his bad luck she was not appeared there. He took his dinner and went to her room * it was locked from inside means she was in * took a sigh finding her at last and knocked at d door.
