Part - 56

Maan was on his site. He was very busy in meetings and visiting site. There was an urge to talk her ,, to listen her voice, but he was suppressing that. After morning incident it was sure that he was attract to her. Her closeness giving him peace and happiness, but at current situation he can't think like this for her. He didn't want to lose her coz of his foolishness . She gave him a chance to gain her trust and he can do anything for that. One side he was very happy having these beautiful feelings for her , other side he felt helpless that he can't cherish this happiness openly. It was totally impossible to happen in reality.

Maan's POV...

I don't know what is happening with me? I was not like this ,, it was all because of Geet. I knew why i am here then how could i think like this for her ,, for Geet. She knew about my past ,, i misbehaved with her and she suffered a lot coz of that. It was her greatness that she was humble to me. Was she right that i am taking liberty of her soft nature? I don't have control on my feeling towards her ,, i m falling for her and this was proved with d morning dream. It won't be good if she came to know about my feelings ,, no ,, i never let her know about my feelings. I'll behaved like a normal friend ,, i can't lose her trust ,, i can't lose her. Though it would be hard for me , but i'll do it to have her close to me ,, to protect her,, to make her assure that i m beside her ,, It is sufficient for me if she talk to me and trust me as her friends like Meera and Yash. I m not that much lucky to get her love ,, these r my feelings and emotions for her and i'll keep that only to me. Her little closeness is enough for me to make my life bright and beautiful.

It was lunch time he ordered his lunch and called Geet to ask about her ,, she replied..

Geet: Hello, Mr Maan.

Maan: hi, how r u? Lunch kiya?

Geet: i m fine and yes ,, i m taking my lunch. Do u want to come?

Maan: no, i m too taking mine, I just ask casually. OK bye, aur haan ,, apply ur ointment on time.

Geet: OK Mr Maan, jaisa aapka order and laughed.

Maan smiled at her reply and his heart filled with joy with d sound of her laughter.

Maan: Ok bye , see u at eve.( he cut d call and took his lunch)

After that he spend whole day peacefully.

At Home Geet was taking her lunch thinking about him.

Geet's POV ...

Why he was caring this much? I am feeling a big change in him. After seeing his past it was unbelievable ,,, but in past few months many things changed in his life too. He was cheated by his friends ,, which was sufficient to change a person's outlook. He was becoming very caring and protective towards me. Though he and his family was forced to accept my condition, but they were not showing any negativity towards me. His father's behaviour towards me was surprising ,, he trust me and cares about me,, that was not fake. Maan was accepting all her decisions ,, trust her and his eyes were showing his sincerity, he is a totally changed person now. My eyes can't cheat me ,, which i saw in his eyes was genuine not fake ,, he is very responsible and disciplined now which i wanted to see. And most important Dev and Meera ,, they have got their lost friendship back. She is happy and i hope she'll take some right steps for her future now ,, she knew Dev much better than me.

No one could change d past ,, my own father neglected me and only because of him i am alone today ,,, though Maan did wrong very wrong but he was random boy for me and he and his family accepted their mistake and its outcomes,, they were totally unknown to me but showing some care and concern without any greed. Today if i gave him a chance to become a good and caring person ,, it won't be wrong. Most surprisingly he wanted to become my friend ,, my ,, who separated him n his bro from d family and forced them to live in my house. He is changed ,, really changed and this would be good for his future.

She finished her meal and CS handed her a coffee mug ,, she came to her study to finished some of her office work. In between Meera too called her and asked about her. She said that she 'll come to meet her in d eve for some time. Geet made some calls and then went to take some rest. From next day she was going to join d office after one week leave.

When I am walking in front of you,i am protecting you. When I am beside you, I am there for you. When I am behind you, I am watching over you. When I am alone, I am thinking of you. unknown
