The Downpour... Part 89

Asha had nothing left to say, she picked her bag up and left. Geet came down when she saw Maan there, she comes to him,

"Maan, what I did, was it right?'' she asked him. Maan smiled, he cupped her face,

"Are you feeling relax Geet?''

She nodded,

"Then everything was right for me'

She hugged him holding his waist, keeping head on his chest she smiled in peace,

"Wase I didn't know that my Geet is so brave!''

"I am not Maan. I was never but you made me. When I feel your presence beside, I forget everything but remember only you and what you did for me. I feel that it was you who are making me do things which I never did, everything looks so easy, so smooth Maan, thank you making me yours..''

She looks him with love filled eyes; her words made Maan feel of her deep love, he cuddled her in hug.

Maan saw servants were bringing Geet bags in outhouse, Geet said to keep it in her room upstairs. Maan got confused,

"Geet, why they are bringing your things here'

"Maan did you forget what Dadi had said. From today I have to be staying here, not in mansion.. ab yaad aya'

He groaned in disapproval. "You are not going to stay here samjhi tum! I will talk to Dadima'

"Maan aap pagal ho gaye hai, and what you will say her haan!''

He tightened her in arms, "Hmm Geet, I have gone mad, n it's all your fault''

"Meri galti? .. and how so''

"wo kya hai na.. you..''

He even could not complete his sentence when heard SD call for Geet, both moved back abruptly scaring again what she would think and say!

"Geet Beta where are you!!''

"Maan Dadima..'' Geet got scared, before Maan could do something or could escape, SD walked in and she saw Maan there. Secretly she smirked but glared him with her furious eyes and then to Geet, making both of them gulping their saliva down.

"Maan what are you doing here?''

"Wo Dadima.. '

Geet sensed he had no excuse, she tried to lead his way,

"Actually dadima, wo Maan was leaving office and he forgot his file to take with him so had come to ask me where i had kept it..'' without full stop or comma she spoke out, then took deep breath.

Maan smiled looking her,

"Maan beta, don't you think you have started forgetting things much nowadays?''

Maan was embarrassed he knew what SD was pointing to. SD smirked watching him.

"Leave it, um Geet beta, I had come to inform you please be ready this evening, someone is coming to meet you''

"Mujhse milne, who Dadima?''

Geet was surprised and so was Maan.

"That I can't tell you now, aap bas taiyaar rahiyega''

"Ji'' Geet nodded still wondering who is to come, she looked Maan, "Why Maan didn't tell me, guest is coming?''

But with Maan confused face she was sure he also had no information,

"Dadima, who is coming?''

Finally Maan asked in curiosity.

"you don't need to know it Maan, he is specially coming to see Geet''

"HE!!'' Now Maan curiosity increased more, "is he any of our relative dadima!!''

SD turned to him and angered, "Maan, I told you na you don't need to know about it, and no, he isn't our relation yet. Aap ko der nahi ho rahi office ke liye?''

Maan was boiling in thinking, who is coming and that also specially for Geet! but he could not make SD furious more, he said he is going, and left still wondering desperately.

After his leaving, SD helped Geet to set her place. She asked about Asha and Geet said she left for some personal reason. SD selected a beautiful saree for Geet to wear and left again reminding her to come in mansion on time. Geet also was puzzled who is coming that Maan also didn't know about him and Dadi was creating things huge, well she started preparing for evening.

Maan was in office leaving his mind in mansion. he was very much tried to get who this guest was, even asked Annie but she was much steps ahead from Dadi. She said that Dadima was saying that 'he' loves Geet more than anyone.

"How dare he!!! No one can love her more than me. His temper became high, eyes became red. No way could he stay more in office, he left for mansion. on the way he called Geet,

"Where are you?'

"in mansion Maan, Dadi said me to be here when guest would come. Maan don't you really know who he is, I am getting nervous. No one is telling me anything''

Poor Maan himself was sailing on same boat, even in more stormy wind, what he could have made her understand.

"Maan Dadi is calling me,bye!!''

"Geet wait..''

Before he could stop her , call was already had ended.

"Seems he has come!!''

He thought to call Annie but dropped idea, thinking she was second Dadi, would have useless to ask her. He called Nakul when got no another way,

Nakul startled when saw Maan call, somehow he managed to bring out few normal words from fumbling mouth. Maan was thinking what should be proper word to ask from him, knowing he would do re-telecast everything to Dadi later, so he asked,

"Nakul, what Geet is doing?''

"Sir Geet madam is hugging..

'What!!!''

Startled Nakul was looking Geet laughing and hugging Rano and Mohindar, he happily in excitement stated exact sight going on before him, making Maan jumped from the shock before could hear completely..
