Maan was coming back to her to propose and give her some assurance that he will marry her after coming back but destiny had some other plans and he met with accident...went in coma for some months and when he again went back to Geet he came to know about her marriage...so heart-broken he left India and now came back after 7 long years...

here if I try to understand his side of story then some where he was fault and somewhere he was played by destiny...first of all he never tried to connect with Geet emotionally or mentally...his relation with her were just physical...he never asked her what she feeling and never opened his own thoughts to her...then suddenly he left leaving note...so how will Geet know that he met with accident...and after coming out of coma and seeing her married why didn't he confronted her...but agar confront bhi karta to kay farq padta...she was already married to Saket then...

his fault is that he never tried to connect with her...just came to her when he needs and leave when he got his full...

from my POV Geet is more at fault when she again slept with him...

from her earlier experiences she never get her lesson...
