The Downpour... Part 82

Geet and Annie were sitting along with Dadi, in living hall. They were chatting, having a good family time while looking at the dresses designs in various magazines.

Nakul crossed there holding a tray, filled with coffee cups.

Nakul, who asked for coffee at this time of night

Annie asked. Nakul said that Maan sir with Arjun and Adi were meeting in study room and they ordered for it. He left.

Ye Maan subah se kar kya rahe hai? Even in office I had seen them discussing over something but they stopped when saw me! I have to know

Geet mind was wandering over Maan behavior. Since the time he had come to know about Asha he had been become more serious and conscious for her and that she didnt like. She wanted him to enjoy his time with family, with her.

She wanted to go and ask him but could not go in front of Dadi and Annie.she started to think for way to meet him. She stood up suddenly.

What happened Geet Beta? SD asked confusing..

Wo Dadima.. I suddenly remembered, I had to ask something over the project we are working on. Tomorrow our meeting with client is to go on and I would not get chance if Maan goes to sleep, so I thought that..

Geet, you dont need to make excuses if want to meet Bhai..

Annie chuckled and SD companied her. Geet face became red, she started fiddling Dupatta in embarrassment.

Annie,, dont tease my Bahu . Geet,, aap jaaiye beta..

Geet nodded. Getting chance she almost runs from there but didnt miss hearing the loud laugh of both ladies.

Geet was to knock door when found it was slight ajar, she pushed it and stepped in. She found trio discussing when they again stopped seeing her, she felt odd.

Im sorry, I should come later

She turned to go when Maan called her. She stopped. He came to her and held her shoulder,

'You dont need to leave Geet, we were talking about you only'

She looked him confused when Arjun said they knew about Asha. Geet looked Maan complaining.

Arjun chukled, ''You dont need to glare him Geet. it was me who found Asha activities strange and so asked him. And its good that we came to know truth so now they can make a plan to beat her and her so called friends!!

''What activities?''

She looked Maan questioning and he told that Asha was completely alright but now she was faking her fracture. Arjun also noticed her roaming in outhouse in night and talking over phone.

''What!!.. Geet was shocked. How low Asha was falling even now, it was beyond her imagination, she felt disguise calling Asha her friend. She cheated her and now for staying in mansion she faked her injuries.. it was damn awful!!!

Arjun- Not only for staying in mansion but her intention is something else Geet..

His mean was pointing toward Maan but Maan gestured him to be quite, not to tell this thing to Geet, she would feel more distressed.

''What intention Arjun bhai?''

She was waiting for anyone would reply but all remained quite when Maan said,

''Nothing else Geet. Arjun was just wanted to say that we have to find out what more her intention is, thats it!!''

But Geet sensed, they hid something from her. She decided to find it out herself, later

Adi- Maan sir, why dont we file a case against her and her boyfriend

''No Adi, first we cant file case without any major proof and second, I dont want to take any step where Geet name comes in front of them directly. If we file case then Geet would have to go for identify those guys and that, I cant do!''

''Yes Adi, Maan is right. And also we have not any major reason to file case and get them arrested for long period''

Geet was awe looking at them, how they were worried for her. Somewhere she did not like it; she did not want them to waste their precious time behind her problems. She decided to talk Maan in alone over this matter.

'Maan Im feeling tired, I should go to sleep''

She wished everyone good night and left but instead of going in her room, she walked toward Maan's. This night was the only safe time when she could have alone talk with him.

She went and turned the light off, so no one could suspect her being in room. She started waiting for Maan and after little, she slept on his bed.

Meanwhile in outhouse,

Asha was very much tensed. She had been getting calls from those guys and they had been blackmailing her that if she doesnt give her a handsome amount they will reveal everything before police. They knew about all sms fiasco and that robbery, they threatened her mercilessly. They had helped her with money when she was new in Delhi and with time span she kept falling in their companies and got involved in many illegal activities together with and in term they had been providing her all enjoyment of life which she always been fascinating with. She never had thought that one day she would have to face her own ill deed and so after getting alright also she faked her sickness, so could stay in protection of Maan and she again used Geet friendship to be with her in mansion.

She was now struggling with ideas that how to come out from this mess and again Geet name clashed her mind

Maan was back in his room. Without turning lights on he removed his shirt over vest and came to bed to take some sleep. He was very tired, he closed eyes in relax. He felt something strange there; some beautiful and fresh smell touched his nostrils and then he felt a gentle touch on his shoulder and tickle of soft skin over the place. He smiled thinking he was in dream. He knew who it was. He knew it was his Geet and he knew why his all tiredness fled away in no time.

The tiny bell sound of her ear ring he heard and his heart started beating on similar rhythm. He felt her warm breath was falling on his skin. He could find the dream was turning into reality. Her soft, gentle caress on his shoulder was giving him the real goose bumps, he could not identified the reason of it but it was far different from what he had been feeling since now in his sleep.

He opened eyes suddenly when her curls started giving thrill over his cheek. He sensed it was different what he was thinking. He touched his shoulder and found a breathing face was lying beside, he sat up abruptly making Geet also woken up in jerk and both couldnt sense for the little time what happened and then drawn in awkwardness of situation.

Maan turn table lamp on and found Geet there, he shocked and she felt embarrassed. Both were unable to react anything and finally Maan asked,

Geet, you here?

She somehow managed her rapid heartbeats and answered, ''Hm''

''Wo wanted to talk you, I was waiting for you dont know when fell asleep''

Her face was still showing its reddish. Maan smiled. He had got his dream came true seeing her beside him in this beautiful night.

''I should go back..''

In nervousness she decided to go back in her room, it would be better after falling in this odd situation but he held her hand and pulled her back. She fell back on bed and Maan came over her holding her both hands and trapped her under him..

''Maan aap ye...what are you doing, let me go..''

He shook head and smirked.

''Maan please..''

''I did not tell you to come here but now, you will go when Ill give you permission sweetheart''

She was feeling so shy that it was like her lips had been sealed with glue. She could not meet eyes with him and struggled to be free but it was quite tough. Maan eyes were abruptly staring her red face and enjoying her embarrassment, he wanted time to stop right there so could see her like this for ever.

''What you wanted to talk me Geet..''

He whispered making her breath warmer and heavier..

''I forgot''.. somehow she replied..

''Maan let me go na.. what if someone comes..''

''No one will Geet.. everyone is sleeping peacefully. But because of you now Im not going to have any sleep tonight''

She smiled in shy.. Turned face side.

He mingled his fingers with hers, tightened the hold. He brought his face near hers and kept bringing, she gasped in innocence .

''Maan please..''

She breathed.. She was scared, not with him but with her own burning desires. She was not sure how would she control her heart, her longing. She begged but Maan was adamant and his smirk was making her feel weaker.

As his lips touched her cheek she started losing her sense but she could not do it. She started thinking for any idea but his proximity did not letting her and finally his lips touched her mouth she groaned,

''Ahh!!!

He moved back worried, releasing her

''What happened Geet..''

And she runs away at once. She laughed out loud and showed her tongue and runs out still trying to control her laugh. Maan fell back on pillow pushing hair back and he shook head laughing on his own condition and her antics..

"Geet I'll get my pay back remember it !!!!''

He shouted..

After some time they both slept in their respective rooms dreaming about each other..
