I dnt understand y every1 is blaming Geet for this..i agree she is being stubborn about her decision of not maarying but one has to see the trauma she had been through..
A child is closest to it's mother nd here Geet has not only once but had continuously seen her mother being cheated nd being betrayed by her husbands when she had been longing for some love...

Maan ,who claims to be so much in love with Geet could'nt he see through her even for once ??could'nt he for once understand her pain her fear,her past nd most importantly the fear of loosing him ??
I totally understand Maan's refusal to Geet's proposal in the last part as he did'nt want Geet living under any burden but could'nt he for once see the fear nd agony that she had tried to over come only for his love and happiness???
The moment he should've engulfed her within his warmth he had pushed her away further to avoid any future heartbreaks..So i believe if Geet is selfish so is Maan..
A relationship is between two people but here both r thinking about themselves only...their fear,their pain,their heartbreak without realizing the effect of their actions on the other one..
I dont blame Geet or Maan individualy here as both r wrong,together..the problem that they could've solved soo easily just by a mere heart to heart talk is only being stretched by their elephant size egos..sorry if i've made u upset by any of my words..believe me it was meant for Maaneet only..
